  1. Because they're fed shit articles like this, folk telling them how wonderful Ibrox and Parkhead are for atmosphere; It takes 2 teams to play a football match, both sets of fans should be able to enjoy the "atmosphere", not just the home fans. These journos will go along and only see it from the home fans perspective, to give a really true picture they should go incognito as an away fan, they would be writing a different article then. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/7731662/rangers-ibrox-uk-best-stadium-celtic-second/
  2. Remember how we were all cheering because somebody posted that Gary Holt couldn't get a job and was having to do his personal trainer thing? Maybe we should all be praying that he does get another job in football - he might then come along and take Hetherington, Nesbitt, McGuffie et al off our hands. He was the one that signed them in the first place.
  3. Couldn't care less who you are bud but I look forward with bated breath to your future posts criticising the board.
  4. And maybe, just maybe, there are some posters like myself who are equal opportunities posters who have posted in criticism of both the old board and the new board? Although both appointments ultimately proved to be wrong, I praised the current board for appointing Rennie and signing Griffiths. If they screw up in the future, I reserve the right to criticise them. Nobody is above criticism.
  5. Just ignore him Shadwell, it's great to see you back posting.
  6. Wonder who this is - a new-ish account who joined in January to praise the current board? No agenda here, I guess.
  7. "By my account we had 5 really good chances in the first half"
  8. Disappointing interview, making excuses. Plus, worryingly, he had the same haunted look that we used to see from Sheerin. I was hoping to see a bit more anger from him at that result a la some of Jim Jefferies' post match interviews. First thing on Monday morning he needs to get some players into his office to tell them that their agents need to be making some phone calls and sending out some videos because they ain't going to be wearing the Navy Blue again.
  9. I refer you to the reply I gave some moments ago.
  10. Bollox, you can't give proof and you know it. Leave the Boardroom Propaganda Monger to fight his own battles, eh?
  11. Airdrieonians 0-0 Falkirk Alloa Athletic 2-1 Kelty Hearts Clyde 1-0 Peterhead FC Edinburgh 1-1 Dunfermline Athletic Montrose 1-0 Queen of the South
  12. If our finances are as bad as people say they are then not one single freebie ticket should be getting handed out to friends of the board. Everybody should be happy and willing to pay their way for the sake of the club.
  13. With regards to the Doug Moodie / BOD / FSS situation, on the one hand I’m keen to know as much as possible about what’s what, while on the other hand I don’t want to see our dirty linen aired on a public forum for all the other clubs’ supporters to see. I’m just wondering that for sensitive info like this if we could set up a PM chain mail system where we could pass on the information more privately? In the past I’ve PMd @Harry Kinnear, @Grangemouth Bairn and @Shadwell Dog (if you’re still coming on to view the forum / thread without posting, come back and post soon bud). I’m sure if we organized a few chains of maybe 10 posters each we could all very quickly be kept in the loop but it would all be kept “in house” away from prying eyes. Am I making things too much cloak and dagger?
  14. Sorry, but the 2 go together. An incompetent, disorganised board leads to incompetent managerial appointees signing incompetent players. We need a competent board all pulling together.
  15. He was talking about Kilmarnock in the Championship.
  16. You seem to know a lot about Bellsdyke and the bungalows?
  17. Lyle Taylor had been banging them in for Concord Rangers when he was 19 -20. Can't see anything akin to that in Rumarn Burrell's playing past. Anyhow, I hope that he has been signed to go straight into the first team and that he bags himself a hat-trick on Saturday. We can't afford another project signing, either literally or figuratively. C'mon Rumarn!
  18. But you're not seriously comparing our SPL squad of 2006/2007 with our current lot, surely? Back then we could afford to play a bit of a waiting game, we need reinforcements today.
