Swing and miss. That was Sheryl Crow.

Strangely, even though our recent record is good against Perth, I have convinced myself that we've not beaten them in years. And they've still got Jason Scotland and Kevin James lining up for them.
I'll be quite happy to see us match whatever Accies and Killie do until the end of the season. We'll lose this.

Changing the voting structure in the Premiership in return for colt teams in League Two? Yes, that seems like a fair compromise.

Jack and Considine shouldn't be anywhere near Scotland squad, beyond Considines nice little charity cap
I've not paid much attention to Rangers this season because, quite frankly, I do not care. But has Ryan Jack not been one of their standout performers over the last two seasons?

Derek Adams: brought Ross County to the Premiership, got Plymouth Argyle out of League Two, and saved Morecambe from relegation.
Kevin Ellison: more than a decade clogging about League Two.

Folk were singing White's praises for his two goals but he's been mostly useless last week and this week.
The midfield has a lot of energy but not much ability. A trio of guys that can run about all day but aren't match winners.
I like Hjelde but he's obviously played out of position. Get him back next season at centre-half and sign a genuine left-back that didn't live through rationing.

This Hibs team looks really good on paper.

Loved Rogue Leader and Pokémon: Ruby/Sapphire. Great fun.
I didn't pick either of them but one of my picks has finally appeared.

Carson seems like the sort of hapless clogger that Hughes would be keen to sign.
Mildly concerned that we'll see warming the Global Energy Arena bench next season.

Ignoring all the horrendous stories women are sharing and instead trawling through Twitter to find these fringe viewpoints to be outraged over

I obviously can't speak for fans of other clubs but I liked Derek Adams.

I think the "yes but the data" really misses the point. And mentioning "economics of risk" comes across as sneering pseudo-intellectualism (get your utility functions out and understand the facts, ladies).
There's a bit in The Guardian that 97% of young women have been sexually harassed. I've seen a lot of posts over the last 24 hours from women I know about their experiences. The data for being kidnapped and murdered in the street might be low but given the prevalence of sexual harassment, it's somewhat understandable (when you put everything into context and not a vacuum) why a number of women don't feel safe.

Fair play to any poster who manages to take a topic about a woman being murdered and sidestep to "Yes... but men also get killed".

I'm properly enjoying this now!
Finished The Bloody Baron side quest and I think I got the "good" ending but... it wasn't a particularly happy ending. A really good story though.
Levelled up a fair bit and the combat gets a lot easier but still challenging enough for me and my "no blocking, no dodging, just mash" approach. Struggling against any type of wraith though, even the weak ones. c***s.
Into Novigrad now with the Triss stuff. Trying to sweep up a lot of secondary quests and contracts (below level 20) before heading over to Skellige.
Still struggling with the scale. It's as intimidating as RDR2. I'm not very good at prioritising quests or ignoring the treasure hunts / exclamation marks.

The "maybe we should better educate people about personal finances" is mostly patronising bullshit. IMO Yeah, it's a good idea, and financial literacy needs to be improved, but it misses the general point that a not insignificant chunk of the population don't have the resources to give themselves a private pension.
I cant recall any recent evidence of the top of my head (although I'm sure it exists somewhere) but before the financial crisis, around about 1/3 of UK households don't have any spare cash. It'll be worse now (in before the "covid savings glut" - the evidence shows that the bottom 40% of households still aren't saving over the past year).

The people of Inverness letting off fireworks to celebrate a 1-1 draw with Alloa this weekend is quite tinpot. Very small time.

I'll need another 12 months to mentally recover. I'm exhausted after watching that.
Kilmarnock are rubbish. County slightly better. Avoid 12th and we'll be fine. Whoever finishes 11th will slap aside whichever ragtag band of tradesmen and supply teachers finish 3rd in the Championship.

This is the first game I've sat down and watched in 12 months. Could happily go another 12 months between games.
