I’d have mcglynn gone. Didn’t lay a glove on our rivals, no title challenge, the arse fell out our season after defeat at EEP and to top it off he watched us go 5-0 down (something I still cannot believe). The 2nd leg - the players clearly had no belief and just went through the motions. He cannot change a game when things are going against us and cannot deal with opposition managers making changes during the game - see mcpake & McCabe. My reason for getting rid of him is he won’t change next season - it’ll be the same tactics, formations, passive football full of over playing in ineffective areas. His interview post Airdrie 1st leg didn’t do him any favours either. The “improvements” we’ve seen aren’t as impressive as made out - they are only impressive compared to our worst ever season. Considering the whack of cash he’s been backed with - I’d expect some improvements.

4.5-5. Some decent recruitment. Improvement on our worst ever season. Loss of Alegria was a blow. Unfortunately no title challenge, didn’t beat Dunfermline once. We made a habit of bottling big games. Losing 7 points to Kelty. After the EEP defeat we fell to bits and never recovered culminating in an humiliation in the first P/O game and what looked like a training game in P/O 2nd leg. The less said about his interviews after the P/O the better. Not confident in him going forward.

McDonald would be a solid league 1 keeper. Certainly an upgrade on any keeper we’ve had whilst down here. can’t see us getting him anyway. Probably end up at another championship team.

He’s away back to rangers. Could offer for a season long loan if we wanted him.

Tbf this looks like one hellish performance - but he kept 20 clean sheets this season. Must have something about him.

If that’s who it is , looks to have had a very good season in L2 in England.

I was there. I know how it turned out. I just don’t think we’re in the position of being fussy if we want out this league. Do you have any other suggestions for the gk position? Other options may be jay hogarth on loan or the boy airdrie had in goals today Darren Jamieson (which would involve a fee I think)

I’d take him, an experienced and decent keeper, good mentor for PJ as well.

The same guy who pretends to be Craig gowans was mocking Gary hill. The norrie stuff has to stop as well. This kind of stuff goes well beyond football.

For an adult km stand ST currently £245 - shifting it up roughly 10% to about £270 would be reasonable. KM Concession: could go from £145 to £160 main stand adult non prime currently £270 could increase to £300. Main stand Concession to go from £170 to £195 perhaps an u12’s charge of £25 could be implemented for kids outwith the family section - free for u12s in the family section. Main stand prime adult: £320 to £350 An increase along these lines doesn’t seem unreasonable imo.

Who cares if the bod have pals on here or elsewhere? We all gave the previous bod more than enough time whilst they wrecked the club. But some are hesitant to give the new bod any time to try and rebuild the club. Until they don’t deserve it - give them your backing. Complaining about mcglynn as well fs. Who were you bringing in if not him? Would’ve had to wait weeks to make an approach for murray, which could’ve been a no.

Just listened to the graham spiers interview, thought rennie came across really well again. I do wonder though, does he see himself here beyond the end of the season. He talks about how big a job it is and his vision for the club - surely that’ll only come with continuity.

Performance wasn’t great (being kind there). More importantly though, 3pts, clean sheet, 2 goals in 45 mins for our debutant and 2pts closer to Queen’s Park. Anyone know who Queen’s Parks game in hand is against?

The FSS can tell which votes have been cast via social media links (don’t know how - I’m not that tech savvy) - I’d assume those votes will just be discounted. Looking at the comments on the 16 year old gk signing announcement - the “I don’t remember voting on this” crowd DGW is and always will be a contentious issue (for any club) - it was a good idea to canvass opinion on signing him. Signing a 16yr old gk who hasn’t raped anyone - doesn’t require a vote (like 99% of signings won’t) If these folk want their voices heard in a members only poll - sign up.

Thank god. I assumed it maybe because he was unwell. According to a person who a person I can only assume attended the AGM (but wasn’t listening properly) he was going nowhere. Good to hear it’s not true. Cheers
