  1. How can no one at the club know what was going on? We remain a fuckin shambles.
  2. So it now appears that Fergus (I assume) has brought in a whole squad of players and promised them the world without the club even knowing about it? How can that actually happen?
  3. Arguments against Rennie - shite results, baffling team selection, awful to watch, terrible substitutions, failed in his remit to reach the playoffs… Arguments for - He doesn’t tell the opposition who’s injured and, despite being brought in to reach the playoffs, he has successfully avoided relegation
  4. This is a complete myth that is constantly peddled by whatever shite manager we have in place at the time. Watch how teams set up when our goalie has the ball. They are desperate for our shite goalie to play to one of our shite centre halves to then try and play to one of our shite midfielders. They know they will win the ball back in our half around 8 times out of 10. Why would anyone sit in?
  5. Any truth in the story that Sammy McGivern has left the club?
  6. Because it was only a matter of time before he was emptied. Apparently…
  7. I know it will take money but there is no other option. It’s quite simple, the lot of them need to go
  8. They are all shite. However every c**t and his dog knew that McKay, Mutch, Hetherington and Miller weren’t good enough…7 signings later they are all still playing. That’s on the manager
  9. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - empty the lot. The players are a disgrace and the manager is miles off it. End this failed experiment at the earliest possible opportunity.
  10. What is this failure you speak of? He was brought in to reach the play offs but has managed to avoid relegation
  11. The arguments for keeping Rennie seem to be it’s all Sheerins fault, who else would you appoint, he’s coached in the MLS and he doesn’t tell anyone who’s out injured. Frightening stuff.
  12. I think the issue is that it appears anyone with any connection to the board can’t seem to accept that Rennie has been abysmal.
  13. I’m actually quite confident the new board will get this right but f**k me it’s gona take bucket loads of cash. The next managerial appointment is massive and we need a whole new playing squad again.
  14. He wasn’t at Hamilton when we appointed Rennie
  15. Just to answer a few queries, not only did Rice want the job, he pretty much had the job until a last minute intervention by 1 board member in particular saw us end up with the ball boy. We 100% made a bid for DGW. Nobody can convince me that David White left due to work commitments no matter how hard you try. Now onto today…what the f**k was that? These players do not give a f**k and the manager is miles off it. Empty the lot at the earliest opportunity.
  16. Can I just clarify, is it only those that attend the meeting tonight that have a right to criticise? Just so I know how I am expected to react the next time we concede 4 goals at home in the 3rd tier.
  17. I had no problem with the appointment of Rennie at the time and also fully back the short term deal. What I don’t get at the moment is the desperation to convince people he’s doing well. He’s not. He might in time but at the moment he’s not. If the BOD decide he has the CV/potential/experience/contacts to be successful then fair enough but don’t pretend what we’ve seen so far is a success. The next 3 or 4 fixtures will be telling.
  18. I’d settle for that. Big summer ahead…again.
  19. I get all that but we are in an incredibly difficult position. Getting rid of this junk will cost a fortune but continuing with this junk is not an option
  20. 100%. We have 1 more season before we’d need to go part time. If that season includes any more than 2 or 3 of these imposters then we’d be as well making that decision now.
  21. I think most would argue that it needs to be both. Clearing the dressing room is a must but I’ve no idea how we finance it. I also think people want it to work for Rennie but up until now it simply hasn’t. Based on what we’ve seen so far I’m not sure there’s a case for him to be kept on next season but hopefully things change over the next couple of months.
  22. 3 points, a clean sheet and QP getting beat - it’s nice to have some positives this weekend. However that was abysmal. Dumbarton are one of the poorest teams I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe these guys actually get paid to play football. The playoff hope is still there.
