  1. Aye. Been absolutely plagued with it for a few years now. I often find rolling an ice cold bottle of water under my foot helps a bit.
  2. It's amazing how many people are now suddenly experts on ice hockey.
  3. Chicken tikka pizza from "snakattak" in crieff. Was rather delicious, but my farts are now upsetting the missus somewhat.
  4. I have to disagree with you on that first sentence. No way on this earth does it warrant a ban. Petgrave has attempted to get between two panthers players, one of was was Johnson. Petgrave has then caught his skate on the other panthers skate and as result his momentum has carried him downwards with his legs involuntary going upwards. There's also no way he's known that Johnson has been behind him when he's landed how he did. If I'm being honest, I think Petgrave will pack hockey in. It'll take a massive amount of mental and psychological strength for him to even consider getting back on the ice anytime soon.
  5. In crieff for 3 nights (big lodges at the hydro, what ho!) And noticed "ellie's cellar" this morning. Might go in for a nose Tommorow or Monday. Doing sober October Just now, but might treat myself for when it's finished.
  6. Driving down a busy road the other day, got stuck behind 2 cyclists, not uncommon, but one was using the cycle lane, but the other decided to cycle right beside him, instead of showing a bit of courtesy for drivers who needed to pass.
  7. Morrison's haven, Musselburgh. Don't think I've ever seen this much cormorants before...
  8. Sound. I'll be going there, but not till March sadly...
  9. Don't blame you, wouldn't want your hair getting ruined.
  10. Some auld bugger in Brechin on sky news refusing to leave his house "ach, I'm used to it, it's just watter, it'll be gone in the morning"
  11. I somehow forgot to add the artisan (abbeyhill) to my list. Lovely boozer.
  12. I was in the "jolly farmer" once. Once was enough....
  13. 1.7 miles away at Polmadie Screen_Recording_20231018_175052_One UI Home.mp4
  14. f**k sake. I've got about 20 teabags outside drying.
  15. I see the Laurieston is up for sale. I hope whoever buys it doesn't change how it looks.
  16. It might come across as a bit ghoulish to some folk, but I always make the clutha one of my first pubs to visit in Glasgow. The bar staff are pretty sound, good pint of T, and there's usually some decent live music on. Obviously I've got Edinburgh a short journey away, but i hate the city centre, so I'll head up to the diggers at Gorgie, as the 80 up there is a tremendous pint. Closer to home, the levenhall arms at musselburgh is my favourite. But it's a mile walk down the hill, then the same back up
