    Right , someone at sky sports is f*cking at it. Just switched my phone back on at work to be told that we're 4 scud down to Aberdeen, now they're telling me Bair has scored assisted by Oli Shaw!! Not falling for that one what's actually happening ?

    Absolutely this . Only once in my life have I had to fork out a king's ransom for my case being a few kgs overweight and what utterly boiled my piss was that I had a man mountain sitting next to me spilling well over onto my seat. So not only have I paid more for my seat and luggage than him but I'm only getting 3/4 of the seat I paid for. Should have to pay as a combined weight of passenger and luggage imo.

    My favourite bit of gent's today was when a goal kick came to him and it was completely uncontested , he had 10 yards space all round him easily he lined himself up for it , adjust d for where he maybe was thinking he'd want to put the forward touch to , then 5 yards from him he suddenly realised he had hideously miscalculated the flight of the ball and it went out for a throw in.

    It wasn't really tho was it ? When the ball was still in the air I'd said to the guy next to me this is going to be a penalty , and it was . Laidlaw wasn't ever anywhere close to the ball. Wouldn't expect it to be a red these days ( is there not a rule about penalties can't be a red double jeopardy kind of thing ?! ) but should have been a yellow imo. I second the motion about their goal , still can't understand why when every single pass into the box was clearly getting the full cinema treatment from Walsh in the VAR office the one incident that clearly showed breach of the rules was missed when other incidents which were much more contentious were stopped but dismissed incredibly quickly.

    Aye I second that , tho think a lot of that was to do with shape change as we'd went to 3 strikers , however one of those 3 was still Shaw so would have had a better attacking threat keeping Spencer on imo.

    See on Wednesday can we just stick Mika on from the start and then be 3 up at half time without having to worry so much about folk driving a bus through our defense please ? Cheers.

    Shaw was utterly anonymous , genuinely confused when Bair came off instead of him , thought he at least had been putting himself about and was noticeable in the game. Thought Paton was really quite good throughout but at the same time felt that something was missing with Lennon not being there .

    Had the fear that in my head I'd built him up as far greater than he is on the back of his first appearance. Off the bench , pen won , scored and then an assist . Pretty sure we'll be fine if we can just keep the hammer throwers away from his knees for the rest of the season.

    Think he was always lined up for midfield but used in defence as a necessity if I'm right? Would expect him to be used in a mix of both to help facilitate miller's development and shore up defence when required.
