  3. It was 0.14%....around 3000 shares made the difference.
  4. might just have been the votes that got it over the line
  5. Well done minor shareholders, we made the diffrence.
  6. No offence taken as i know how unlikely the 2 of them working together sounds and how bad their working relationship was previously but I'm pretty certain thats whats happening, im sure if you asked around people you know and trust you will be able to confirm it.

  8. Was told today that the MSG members who are not backing it are in favour of another bid - which is also getting pushed/backed by, wait for it.....Margaret Lang and Andy Thompson (who I believe also has a fair chunk of shares).
  9. I have certainly voted for the resolutions, hope all minor shareholders do the same.
  10. The fact that GD put out a letter last week to all shareholders asking them to vote for all the resolutions make me think that the vote may be close, a split in the MSG means minor shareholders votes might actually mean somthing this time around.
  11. Agree, the Rawlins bid to me seem to be be way forward also, lets just hope it all gets voted through.
  12. I'm surmising to a degree, if the Rawlins' are buying new shares from the share issue and current shareholders are selling up, it may be a way for the club to facilitate them buying new shares rather than directly from current/outgoing shareholders. - may be completely wrong of course, sure we will find out soon.
  13. agreed on SA but i'm pretty sure LM, CL and maybe another are offski - and if they are they will need paid out by someone.
  14. yes, that seems to be what DPB is saying, however their money will most likely be filling the hole after paying out the major shareholders who are selling. (assuming the club will be purchasing them directly, which may or may not be the case)
  15. If that's the case, assume the club will be purchasing the shares from the outgoing major shareholders first,(how else would they get paid?) therefore the club ends up no better financially. All the extra money in the coffers will be coming from fans buying up shares at the share issue.
  16. that is very much one of my concerns, The 26% the Rawlins are buying are coming from current major shareholders, they will need paid out, unless you think LM and CL will let the money stay with the club?, I for one don't see that happening. I get the feeling Gow is has been sidelined a bit and it's the same block of shares the Rawlins are buying that he was after - i may of course be wrong on that. I'm sure there may be another group or two willing to invest in the share issue, with all the monies staying with the club but as you said much more to come out on this.
  17. I would think any monies from the Rawlins will end up in the pockets of the major shareholders who are selling up, It will be money from the fans through the share issue that actually boosts the clubs finances.
  18. Cheers, goni let it run, hope your youth team are crap.
  19. They are offering 3x my stake to cash out just now which makes me think they have to pay out
  20. Does anyone know how bookmakers deal with bets on forfeited games?...managed to get Falkirk at 15/2 on Sat morning
  21. Don't think anyone accused him of that, it was merely pointed out to him it might be a reason to the reddies he was so mystified about.
  22. Most likely because "wee Jimmy" patter is usually followed by #WATP and several union flag emojis.
  23. all of the above i would say, a lot easier to digest, also a healthy looking 269K profit
