Pretty sure it came from MC at one of the meeting this week, so we can safely assume it was a lot of tosh. i have no doubt we will be loosing money but if Raith managed 2 season fully full time i am pretty certain we could at least match that.

the statement does read a bit weird, i know that at one point they tried to float the idea to BtB to hand over cash with receiving any shares in return.

between the fans share scheme and patrons there would have been a maj shareholding in the club under the original BtB proposals, the current MSG would only be left with 31% FWIW I don't think they will reach out to the BtB again, that would require a degree of humility, which non of them posses.

This is a big win in my book, MC shouldn't have got through the front door and i am delighted they have finally seen the light and cut him loose. Even thought i applaud the BOD/MSG for finally seeing what a lot of us seen in MC from day 1, the fact is they cant remain in place at the club either. I hope now they enter into constructive dialogue with BtB or any other potential buyers and look to move on as they had agreed.

I agree with this 100%, but how can we enforce change at the AGM? wont they just group together and vote down any motions that are put forward? I would love to see some sort of emergency board put in place with the view of finding fresh investment, which is undoubtedly out there, we had 30 odd fans willing to invest decent sums for money into the club and am sure more could be found. They must now be getting the feeling that the vast majority of fans are at best lukewarm to MC, I genuinely don't seem to speak to any fans who are really FOR MC getting control. This whole saga has been a total disaster the sooner we can enforce meaningful change the better - i just cant see the route there.

There are also other shareholders who have more shares that are not part of the MSG, Paul Heally for example owns 7% of the club. MC could be after them as well.

I am amazed if someone from the MSG has broken rank, they are usually annoyingly stubborn and united.

Indyref2 should be the heart of their campaign, if it is i think they can win 50+ seats, if they spend too much time on Brexit i can only see moderate gains, there are many leave supporting SNP folk, and too much of the STOP BREXIT chat will see them stay at home.

Can easily see SNP winning 50+ seats up here but i think the overall outcome will unfortunately hinge on Farage, He has been quiet so far, which makes me think he may lie down in many marginal English seats to help out Boris - therefore ushering in a Tory Maj, however if hes dosent and takes a rake of votes or maybe even seats of the Tories, a hung parliament is most likely IMO and if Labour ends up the largest party in a minority government, a Section 30 order should be the SNPs price.

Would you like to share some of his answers? it would maybe put a few others at ease with the deal. I haven't contacted him myself but have read plenty of reply's of his to those who have, his answers mostly consisted of "cant discuss that because of NDA" and a lot of "trust me , it will be fine" nothing has said to date had put my mind to rest. The clubs needs change, in that i am in no doubt but handing over 62% of our club to an unknown "business man" with no track record of success in any of the multiple fields he has operated in is not the way forward, If i'm being honest i don't like the the prospect of 1 person owing so much of the club - no matter who it was. I know he has not provided proof of source of fund to the BOD yet, why is this taking so long?, there are so may unanswered questions about him but please if you have some of the answers folk are looking for please share them.

Did you find anything on MC successful business ventures?

OK if you have, were you satisfied with his answers? i cant see any proof he has the kind of money he claims to have. Did he give you a reason for the bankruptcy? i here his line is "i didn't know i was bankrupt" has he provided the club with proof of source of funds? (if he said he has , hes lying).

You should be probably be asking these questions about MC.

yep, the club should really be giving an update now, all this uncertainty is brutal. I cant see why this is still progressing but if it is they should let the fans know, if not they should let the fans know. They may be terrified of publicly killing the deal as it will with no doubt mean yet more backlash towards them.

I think your giving them far too much credit, total incompetence in the selection process for PB is far more likely IMO.

Why wouldn't you want to know as much info on MC as possible?...good or bad any info fans produce should be considered no? BTB are doing a lot of legwork and should be applauded for it IMO. Also feel free to post sme good news stories on MC if u can find any.

The bankruptcy and a bucket load of failed businesses are not accusations, they are facts.
