  1. Fyi if your talking about the 19s then im sorry your wrong. They won 1 cup out 5 we (Kilwinning Rangers) won the rest. Still they had some cracking players.
  2. Different team your talking about the 21s. Im talking about the 19s that had the majority of the players in it.
  3. Cammy a cracking boy Billy a lot of time for him. Him leaving was the catalyst for the teams demise to be honest.
  4. I am talking about fun 4s and it started a under 19s team 3yrs ago what lasted a yr it's still no hard to do Whitletts have a bigger catchment. They started an u19s team hoping that they would clean up at BC level unfortunately they failed big time and most of the players moved on. They created an u21s team and did well to win the P&D 2nd division. Kris Kerr was a cracking player and could make it at decent junior level but the boy just wants to play football. But your right put your mind to it it can be done.
  5. Not as hard as you think whitletts have just started a boys club Whitletts have had a boys club for at least 4-5 years
  6. Porridge. Played with a few teams. Manages Stewarton over 35s Red Hair. Hes certainly passionate for the game hes taking a no2 who was involved in Junior I believe but I don't know him. Good luck to him.
  7. my dear o dear was in reaction to your claim NFL will get relegated
  8. Just hearing Graeme Dempsey is new Galston manager
  9. Ah but I wouldn't crack up at a honest opinion m8 that's the difference. The nugget that started a username just to intelligently say "New Farm LOL" (now it wouldn't make a difference what team it was he said that about its just childish). Others on here keep giving their opinion and are entitled to it. But if they comment on my opinion surely im entitled to comment on theirs...
  10. Here m8 your kind of contradicting yourself are you not??? I put up my opinion youse disagreed so I disagree with you guys End Of. That's the problem with you guys you want to give it but wont take it. And p.s you can only comment on the teams that put you down from the premier not ones coming up. But as you said and as I said time will tell im happy to wait.
  11. Did u join today just to lol at new farm? On a serious note tho I do agree. If new farm finish within 10/12 points of teams like ardeer dirrans and kilbride th then I think they would be delighted. Not a chance they will finish best of the rest. IF rumours are true then that could be hurlford Ams who finish there We will see!!!! ive spent the last 2 years shoving folks predictions where the sun doesn't shine (and im not even part of the club but love the underdog). All the statements surrounding Hurlford Ams being there is based on players returning however you clearly don't know Farrell and Baxter if you think for 2 minutes they are sitting idly bye and doing f**k all. I love the fact that faceless folk on here like scots73 make up profiles to just have that one pop, To say that New Farm will be delighted if they finish within 12pts of Ardeer, Dirrans and Kilbride is laughable. Ardeer do look as if they will get stronger but hardly set the heather on fire last year, Dirrans come on m8 been mid table at best for a while, Kilbride I rate highly although there season didn't pan out as planned last season I fancy them to be stronger this year. New Farm have strength in unity and numbers AND ability. I await the end result and to see if you guys are eating your words (probably not itll be some other teams faulty and NF will get no credit AGAIN), or if im eating mine at which point I will say I was wrong without hiding behind a new account. 2 seasons undefeated take that lightly at your peril.
  12. Hurlford Th Glenburn Shortlees New Farm Kilbride Th That's my top 5 predictions
  13. Crazy Feet we have beat and been beaten by Westerlands, Dunblane etc nobody looks at what may have been the cause of these defeats by either team, its quite simple this is going to be a very competitive league with every team looking to strengthen and improve on last years league standings. I get that folk look at the relegated teams from the premier as favourites to go back up and that will possibly be the case, however they have been relegated for a reason and that's the fact last year they simply weren't good enough for the Premier and im sure they will be determined to prove people wrong. If you looked at results from both 1st divisions last year (exception of EKYM) there were a lot of points dropped for the so called top teams against teams they believed should not be able to compete with them. These teams perhaps are only shy of 3 players to turn them into contenders. Take us for instance we played a full season without a recognised goal keeper relying on a 52 year old to fill in after our keeper dislocated his shoulder, there are many other teams that have suffered losses at crucial times of the season and they will be determined to turn it around. Our goal for instance is to improve on our league standing this year and find some consistency. There is a lot of travelling this year and that could be a major factor especially when there are bound to be a good few midweek games with the league being increased. We at Viewfield are certainly looking forward to it and coming up against some new faces you cant beat it.
  14. I think there will be a good few surprises through all the league this year crazy feet. Amateur football hasn't been as competitive for a long time with some teams maybe only needing to add 2-3 decent players to elevate them as challengers.
  15. The header says Caledonian 1st Division 19/20 can we keep it about the teams in THAT division please, gie the wee boys a chance for some exposure lol
  16. I see this thread descended into nothing not may people congratulating Colville Park.
  17. Next year sees the 2 first divisions merge for the first time. This should take away the what leagues best argument as all 15 teams are in it. Here is the line up as it stands, whats the predictions: Milton AFC Kilsyth Finnart Viewfield Rovers Holytown Colts Westerlands Dunblane Weirs Recreational Dal Riata Cambusbarron Rovers Rothesay Stirling Uni RHU Doune Castle Callander Thistle One things for sure its going to be competitive.
  18. That's good to know but the leagues ive been involved in it does however best of luck next season
  19. I was going to comment on that m8. As far as I was aware a name change constitutes a new club therefore start at the bottom
  20. Happened to us in a different way, had to travel to Rothesay with a depleted team but would never not fulfil a fixture following week Rothesway gave another team a walkover win in a cup game to save themselves travelling.
  21. Who doesn't advertise like that? we all try it you might find a gem
