This is bollocks - Scotland getting into the game, and now we have to stop so their player can recover from the cramp she got trying to foul Kim Little.
That's modern football
If you lose possession go down to get the game stopped
Then go wild if it doesn't happen

We're so poor in the full back area. Little and Ross can't get a foothold in midfield. Looking to Cuthbert for something special here.
Hope Solo is looking fantastic.
6-0 all over it

Yes, that's the point. It's a good finish, but it should never have been allowed to fall for her.
We've been rotten at clearing our lines all afternoon.
I think it might be cause the defenders are rotten

About 5 chances to get the ball clear there

Is it aye? Not that there's a champions League winner on that side?
O'Donnell was barely crossing the halfway line

I thought O'Donnell did ok last night as did Brophy with no service whatsoever. However I also thought Forrest had a decent game, the biggest problem we have is that we're playing everything down the left side and are so predictable.

If you think he's slow I'd suggest watching him again. The rest, fair enough - he's definitely limited.
He got outpaced in a footrace by one of their centre halfs
Maybe the centre half was lightning

I thought O'Donnell looked limited but he is fast as f**k and he almost scored a one on one
Honestly don't understand what people are watching sometimes
He consistently gave the ball away
In first half often when got to halfway cut inside and battered it forward to opposition with his wrong foot

Very lucky to get the win last night, taking it to the corner flag against Cyprus at home is the most peak Scotland thing i have ever seen.
We sat off them far too much, brophy done nothing but had no service at all, like others are saying, i would start burke against Belgium just for his pace and more physical presence.
O'Donnell had another shocker imo, looked scared to cross the half way line and he has no pace. 3 times quick kick from Cyprus keeper caught us out, 3rd time led to the corner they scored from because that tosser Forrest let the ball bounce, honestly dont see what this guy does, wont track back, pulls out of tackles and cant beat a man. Fraser and Roberston are streets ahead of anyone else in the team in terms of quality.
We are in a position due to the humping in Kazakhstan, were we now need to take something from the games against Belgium, on last nights showing it is a very long shot.
The Kilmarnock players were slow and not enough ability
Just not equipped for that level

I was also at the game and had a similar impression of it. None of the players necessarily played that badly - they all did the things that they're good at - but as a team it didn't really click.
The most important part of Clarke's team at Killie (and at West Brom I think) was his midfield three. Last night he had three guys who are all very good players in their own right, and none of whom did anything wrong, but they were all a bit samey. The game was crying out for an Armstrong to inject a bit of energy. McTominay made a difference when he came on - his passes had much more zip to them. Before that, Marshall was the only guy who seemed to be playing with any urgency.
The centre-backs were generally fine - having a brave one like Mulgrew who is comfortable on the ball is important on nights like that. Robertson was an excellent driving force, especially in the second half. I also thought O'Donnell was OK - he still looks a bit lacking in confidence when he's on the ball compared to the one man attacking machine I watch at Killie. You saw a bit of that with his chance in the second half though, and hopefully Clarke can drag it out of him. From a defensive point of view, I can't remember his man getting past him.
Fraser was very good at driving us up the park and was probably my man of the match, but as you say the crosses generally weren't great. Forrest was a bit ponderous in attacking positions but looked dangerous.
Brophy looked a bit lost at times but did an absolute power of work (as he always does) which might not have been obvious on TV but seemed to be appreciated by the crowd. He was left very isolated in the first half and none of the midfield were helping him press. He's 23 and this was a big step up for him, so it seems a bit harsh to immediately write him off given our lack of alternatives. You wouldn't want to be relying on him for a whole campaign so hopefully Griffiths can get himself back healthy. Burke impressed me for once, even before the goal. He was a good threat in the air and linked up well. However I think he'd be an empty shirt against Belgium - I'd still go for Russell there.Brophy, first time I've seen him
Looks small, slow and lacking in skill
Not sure what he can bring to that level

I'm going. Wasn't expecting to get a result when I booked up. The optimist in me hopes for a draw.
It's Scotland FFS. You know what you're doing when you go away to big teams. It's about the trip and having a good time with your pals and visiting somewhere new. The football is the excuse to go.
Went in 2001
Spent three days drinking in the grand place
Fantastic
Stay away from the leffe triple

Even if you go back to the era when the Scotland men qualified for stuff, we scraped two wins against Cyprus in 1990 qualifying. Richard Gough header in the umpteenth minute of injury time over there, having been 2-1 down.
That was when 5 mins injury time was headline news
Today it's standard
We also beat France at home that campaign to qualify

Personally think Harry Souttar should be playing at right back, and in midfield, and probably as a striker as well. I know what you all will say, "he's never actually played a game for Stoke", blah blah. That doesn't matter though, because he gets paid more than everyone else.
Fucking swampy.
Personally think Andy Robertson should be playing as striker, Bale style

He's just out of his depth at that level and a long-term solution is going to be required. Fredericks could be it, and Tierney is a good option.
An Englishman or a guy who doesn't want to play with us

Of course he does, which is hugely enlightening. Not only more, but probably 3 or 4 times as much.
Do you think if Sheffield Wednesday thought O'Donnell was better than Palmer they couldn't just buy him? Or any club at that level?
He was rank but encouraging at the same time
That burst through for his chance was good
But he routinely gave the ball away

How strangeWhat if your starting keeper & the first subtitute both got Injured or sent off? Pretty rare but has happened a couple of times that I have read about.
Never heard of this happening
But just give an outfield player the gloves

You're allowed 12 subs in international matches, 2 of which must be goalkeepers. So if you only called up 2 then you'd be a man down on your bench
I didn't know that
So you have to have a player on your bench who will never ever get on
How strange

It’s not about giving them minutes. It’s so that SSC can get a look at them in training and see who’s likely to be able to compete for that number 1 jersey. We all know that Marshall can compete at a good level, but it’s difficult to compare McLaughin and Kelly without having them in the same place. He won’t call up 4 keepers to his next squad. He can see them when they play for their clubs, it's a waste of a spot in the squad

The US women's team were beaten 5-2 by fc Dallas (boys) 14 year olds
That's their level
Why would they be paid equally
