  1. Me too, but it would make a degree of sense for him to get back playing again. And, in this transfer silly season, would go a long way to explaining the Robinson 99.9%/player of stature, blah blah thingy.
  2. Rumour floating around that O'Halloran is available on a short-term loan as the A-League doesn't start until October 19. Could he be the mystery 99.9% guy?
  3. It's been reported in The Scottish Sun on Sunday, print edition.
  4. Forgot to mention, the goalkeeper we were linked with ( McKeown ) signed a three year extension with Grimsby https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44199618
  5. I saw both MOH and the other Rangers player who Motherwell have inquired for at the game on Saturday. I don't know if MOH is telling the truth about being there to watch Motherwell. I did see him walk through the Motherwell support after the game accompanying a little boy in a Celtic top. I also saw him acknowledge the other Rangers player, who watched the game among the Motherwell support. I also saw the other Rangers player in the Clockwork bar before the Motherwell game with a few Well fans. It wasn't Miller. By the way, Tam Cowan walked right past him and MOH after the game without noticing him or talking to either ( as far as I could see ). You missed a scoop there, Tam
  6. The question is - Are you trolling me, or am I trolling you? The first one of you cowards to turn up will find out.
  7. I diidn't challenge random to fight me, I challenged radoms to meet me. Next?
  8. I note the comments re the club social media - the purpose of social media is to drive revenue, the best way to drive revenue is, to begin with, free offers - https://www.ringdna.com/inside-sales-glossary/what-is-the-sales-funnel I said last year and I maintain it, give out three thousand free season tickets to kids. Our biggest attendance this year has been 9,500? and the average is 5,600 or so. Give away the seats, you'll turn kids into lifetime fans, drive revenue through merchandise and kiosk sales. You'll also drive revenue through companion ( adult ) season ticket sales. The most effective marketing these days is text message, followed by email. I've never received either from the club. This is laughable. I noted a deal the other week that I was unaware of - a deal I would have taken. That missed opportunity has cost the club a few hundred quid as I'm now too late. Another example last week, I was unaware of the Player of the Year awards ( to be fair, I've been side-tracked by a more important issue ). The club should be texting people letting us know of events. There are several other ways the club can generate revenue via social media, but to be honest, I can't be bothered getting into it here.
  9. I was a tad surprised when I read your post, you're usually spot on with your analysis. Interesting article in The Scotsman - with this hilarious line - "Such has been the fervour around their apparent over-the-top style of play you could be led to believe they are set to appear at The Hague for war crimes." 10. pps - the club opened sales for area F5 today, ticket sales still trundling along. There's still spaces on the buses ( as of an hour ago ). I'm not going on the bus, I'll be taking a taxi.
  11. ps - glad you all missed me, South America was great but I don't recommend Rio, dodgy place, that.
  12. That would be a shock to Newell considering he confirmed last week he's here until the end of next season. Go to 2:58
  13. ^^I better not make any comment in case I upset the sensitive wee souls. .......... Outstanding by Tait today.
  14. Hilarious how you overreact to fair comment. Insecure much? I invite the team to review the sound quality they often subject us to. And I invite them to pass comment in less time it takes to watch an episode of Casualty. Both are valid points.

  16. Excellent. Did you look up what brevity means in the dictionary yet? In as much as I appreciate all your effort ya'll need to stop droning on so long. You guys saying you have dedicated "a fair chunk of time," to anything gives me the fear. Consider limiting the podcasts to fifteen minutes, thirty minutes being lengthy, forty-five absolute maximum. No need to drone on.
  17. Woah, calm down. He needs to discover how to beat a man, maybe he's too late for that and that will limit his career from an offensive point of view. He's another one suffering from Robinson's battling ethic. Guys like Bigi are wasting their time at Motherwell, and as long as Robinson continues this strategy, Cadden is wasting his time at the club too. In as much as I like Robinson, the fact is he's kryptonite to some players. Bizarre that Robinson has put into reverse a decent player under McGhee. Also bizarre is the muppetry I'm hearing about Campbell being too small. Like we haven't seen successful small midfielders over the last twenty years?
  18. *And the last thing we need this summer is to lose our manager. He must be on the radar of other clubs, must be.
  19. Way too many fans wrote Bowman off last season. He was a victim of financial constraints at the club. He should have been signed earlier and undergone a professional pre-season. His performance last season was the club's fault. They had him at Celtic Park May 2016, and signed him before midnight on deadline day. Look at the difference a pre-season made. Re the "build around," comment. Robinson has proved that in a way, he's built a squad around the type of player that Bowman is - committed, physical, never gives up. So Bowman was right in what he said. Anyway, arrgghh. Forkin' Hearts losing last night put's us in play for an unlikely top-six finish. We'll be away to Celtic and Rangers if we make it, and at best we'll finish sixth, a prize money difference of £55 grand or so? It's not worth it - we'd be better finishing a comfortable seventh and bringing through guys like Turnbull, McLean and MacGuire for the last few league games. I predict a mass exodus from the club again this close season. The difference being several being transfered, and some first-team players declining new contracts and moving. Bowman is likely to be one of them. Robinson and Foyle are going to have their hands full again this summer.
  20. The issue is the strangled Dalek sound you get on way too many podcasts. These guys ain't slow at self-promotion. They should learn the skill of production, and the benefit of brevity.
