  1. That was wild. I don't want to even mention our own deficiencies as that takes away from The Bully Wee who were absolutely fantastic today. They absolutely rag dolled us and Jordan Allan put in the best opposition performance of the season. Rennies goal even gave me a slight semi. Enjoy your night. Its been a shite time for a loyal band of fans days like that make it all worth it. A real low point for us but hopefully a very large wake up call moving forward.
  2. Some finish that. Where did Dunfermline get that right back? He's absolutely honking. Fitzpatrick is a good player but this boy looks miles out his depth. Runs like he's carrying a big shite in his pants.
  3. The biggest mouth breathers that follow football at any level are the "ah pay ma money" bigrade. It's as though the money has been forced out of their pocket as they go foaming at the mouth on their latest, incoherent rant. Usually brain dead, oxygen thieves. Not what THE BULLY WEE need in their time of crisis that's for sure.
  4. I've touched on it before but the guy is auld chippy paper. Some of the starting teams he has been putting out there are head scratching to say the least. I also heard the post match audio after Forfar he as good as said the replacements for Allan and Howie were shit and not up to standard. Which will be true but you maybe want to keep all the lads onside when you are trying to galvanise a great escape.
  5. There's no point even suggesting we will have a fully fit squad anymore. Seems to be a few of the lads carrying injuries from game to game or picking things up in training but if we had a full quota then I would go back to the usual team and formation. Jacobs has been brilliant for us but I just don't feel the balance is quite right in there with the three of them. We are a far better team with the usual axis and Yates in the ten. And also. The Bully Wee.
  6. Dumbarton 2 - 2 Stranraer East Fife 3 - 1 Forfar Peterhead 1 - 1 Elgin Stenhousemuir 2 - 0 Clyde Spartans 1 - 2 Bonnyrigg
  7. I genuinely feel sorry for the fans following your horrible little football club. Rotten from top to bottom and just going through the motions on and off the park. A unique feeling when you are in a play off spot but you have absolutely no hope of going up under this stewardship.
  8. Excellent point that considering Elgin should have been out of sight by half time. These lads just bite down on the gum shield though and grit it out by the latter stages of the game again we were powering on for the three points - the fittest team in the league there's no doubt. Elgin first half were as good as any team this season. High intensity and really intelligent football. They absolutely rag dolled us all over the park. The only issue with that though is if isn't possible to do that for 90 minutes and after about an hour we took over. As you would expect we struggled without Nicky and Meeks but what an effort from the boys. By the end of the game we had a back four including Ky at right back who was probably among our best players with Kinlay Bilham who I though was excellent. Great day out and always nice to see the chasing jobbers do their weekly job. Cheers lads.
  9. Would need to put up their admission prices up to something absolutely ludicrous like £18.
  10. A lot is being made of Elgin's home record, and rightly so, but let's not forget our away record is sensational and better than their home record. If we do the things we do well then we will win the game but everyone connected with us knows this is a tough game in store. Hale has been a revelation at Elgin and its nice to see an unheralded name come in to the league and make an impact as opposed to the same auld dinosaurs. I'll go for a dramatic 3-2. A late Adam Brown winner after a first half hat-trick from Matty Aitken.
  11. Win percentage means absolutely nothing if you are putting silverware in the cabinet at the end of the season. Which he will have done twice after this season. You'll struggle to find a manager in Scotland who hasn't struggled at one time or another (Brendan Rodgers the top example) so if you are looking for some kind of polished god in this country you aren't going to find it I'm afraid. Genuinely struggling to see what you consider outstanding attributes at this level or an example of a truly outstanding manager as you would term it. Naysmith is as good as it gets for this level of football.
  12. Won the league at East Fife mate. I'd assume you weren't aware of that. To say winning a league with a modest budget is nothing special seems a bit silly. He's about to add another league win. He's maybe not Pep but he certainly knows his onions round these parts more than most.
  13. The year is 2045. Clyde are bottom of the WOSFL 2 and ahead of a crucial relegation six pointer against St Rochs there are calls for 55 year old David Goodwillie to be brought back for one last dance. Patreons on the owners forum and THE GLESGA BRANCH reminisce about what a gid laddie he was and how "eh wizny convicted in a criminal court but". Clyde go on to lose the game 3-0 with Ross Lyon at fault for all three goals. The furious THE BULLY WEE faithful come online and continue their hate campaign against Ross Lyons - an innocent party who has never played for Clyde.
  14. "Jinky" Hilton always raises a chuckle. Similar to "The Bully Wee".
  15. Dumbarton v Spartans. Phil and Grant Mitchell fighting for the love of and adulation of Peggy. Both shown the door and told to sling their ook.
  16. Outrageous. STAND DOWN nae mare players required.
  17. The most insecure man in Scottish football doesn't like it when not going his way. Only way to react to this setback is GET MARE PLAYERS IN!
  18. Ebbo seems like an absolute throbber.
  19. I for one will be shocked to see Ehbroath return to their natural level next season. Who would have thought it?
  20. Bonnyrigg 2-0 East Fife Clyde 0-2 Dumbarton Elgin 0-2 Stenhousemuir Forfar 1-2 Peterhead Stranraer 2-1 Spartans
  21. That was utterly pathetic from Parry. If there was a fish supper on the goal line he would have been there in a flash. Looks in awful shape.
  22. No one should be attacked with weapons I completely agree. I never justified that part that's the act of a coward. I'm merely stating it takes two to tango and there will have been wallopers on both sides as shown by the need to use golf clubs and throwing objects on the park. Both could have devastating consequences. I don't dislike Clyde as a club so certainly no clouding of judgement. I pity them if anything and really want them to beat EK in the play off.
