  1. this is a load of shite. I know quite a few people at New farm and I have not heard anything about this, who is the WOSL side?
  2. It's wide open now but a think a New farm v Annbank final would be a cracker Anyone know when the semi final draw is?
  3. just seen Stewarton United are playing a league game away to Irvine tomorrow. Its the middle of January and this 3rd round tie of the Scottish has still not been played. some teams are through to the last 16 now FFS, this game is holding up the rest of the tournament, does anybody know what's going on with this charade?
  4. I agree, after a Shortlees slip up last night Stewarton are in the driving seat. A think Shortlees have left themselves with too much to do after dropping too many points during their bad spell at the start of the season. Dailly are still in it as well but Stewarton look like the favourites at this point. The Stewarton v Shortlees league game could be massive providing Shortlees don't drop points before they meet
  5. Correct, when I heard Knapp was out injured for a few weeks I was thinking ( I bet Shortless somehow manage to avoid Glenburn, New Farm and Stewarton in the League until he's back) Guaranteed when the next weekend of league fixtures after this weekend comes along they will be playing Dirrans
  6. Heard the game is definitely going ahead tomorrow at 2pm at the Dean park, although both sides will be far from full strength as they both will be missing a lot of players. The main reason being that boys went down to London for the Scotland game last weekend and picked up Covid and are having to isolate
  7. 2 - 2 full time Play one another again on Saturday the 26th probably at the Dean Park
  8. Aye should be a good game, a have heard the game is at 7 o'clock Wednesday night at the Bellfield estate. Not anything from ether club on social Media about the game, have noticed only a few clubs are posting on there Facebook and twitter about Friendlies/Pre season Tournament games, its as if most Clubs don't want much of a crowd there which is a shame considering how long we have had to wait for ammy fitba in Ayrshire to return
  9. Stewarton United Tournament Last night - Tass Thistle 0 - 8 New Farm Today Bonnyton Ams v Killie Ams postponed Ardeer West Rec v Irvine AFC - 2pm Ardeer Quarry Stewarton United v Shortless - 2pm Rose Reilly Sports Centre Ardeer Thistle(WOSL) v Onthank 2pm Ardeer Stadium Killie United v Crosshouse 12.30 Grange Academy Astro West Kilbride v Largs 2pm Kirktonhall Glen Glenburn MW v Minishant 2pm Prestwick Academy
  10. What are you on about? I see that all adult contact sport in Scotland has been banned from Friday 9th till Monday 26th. The Ayrshire season was due to start on Saturday the 17th, all that will happen is freindlys arranged for this Saturday will be cancelled and the Season will be put back and will now begin on Saturday the 31st of October, stop being so pessimistic
  11. Exactly these guidelines are a load of over the top shite anyway. I have been to a couple of pre season friendly's and there's been a small number of spectators ( less than 20) behind each sideline, all that happens is everyone stands a bit further back than normal and its just the Subs, Manager, Committee ect that stand next to the pitch in the so called Orange zone. As long as spectators are not standing right next to the pitch there's nothing the referee can say. But an issue might arise when the season kicks off and we have big games that are going to attract a lot of spectators, people turning up wae carry oots ect, I suspect when that happens some supporters will just do what they want and Clubs and Referee's will be put in an difficult situation
  12. Craigie 2 - 6 New Farm Symington 3 -1 Galston A lot of people tipping Galston for the first???
  13. So Ayrshire FA have announced league's and domestic cups null and void, we all knew that would be the case with the league's, but disappointing to hear that about the cups, If the new season has to start later than normal (say September) and there is only a couple of weeks of pre-season because of government restrictions then fine they've probably made the correct decision. But if that's not the case and restrictions are lifted much earlier and we have pre-season friendlys kicking off at the beginning of July a lot of people will be very pissed off that those cups have been abandoned
  14. Yes the leagues will be null and void as there is not enough time to complete them, surely they will Finnish the majors though, It would be soul destroying for the clubs involved if not, I am also hoping the domestic cups continue, In Ayrshire the cup is at the Quarter final stage and the James Scott and Thistle bar at semi final stage, I'm sure the clubs involved would rather Finnish those competions than play bloody pre-season friendlys
  15. It looked like he had gave New Farm the free kick and not booked him, a thought that was what eyeswideopen was referring to when he said he should have been off, maybe i have got it wrong though
  16. Am not gonny argue wae you on that one because from where a was standing a didn't have a good view of that incident, however the ref did give New Farm the free kick because he believed Knapp dived but failed to book him, the rules are clear a dive in the box = yellow card
  17. Blatent dive in the box trying to win a penalty, he was already on a yellow, and Ricky Crow gave New Farm the free kick but shat it from sending Knapp off
  18. Wont happen, if mossblown have folded guaranteed the Ayrshire FA will only relegate 1 side from the Premier because they dont like relegating clubs incase they spit the dummy and fold, so only 2 of the 3 u mentioned will be going up
  19. A can't report anyone am just a fan, look we lost to Tarbolton last weekend, we weren't good enough on the day and the better team won, no one was on here complaining about it were they?, but yesterday that wasn't the case, New Farm got screwed by the Ref, we will never know what the outcome of the game would have been if he hadn't wrongly sent the boy off so we will just have to dust ourselves off and move on, but any Referee can't have a game that and not expect a bit of a backlash
  20. For God sake give it up, aye ok Mookshaw is talking a lot a pish about Ayrshire amateur committee supporting Glenburn but as regards to the Referee hes spot on, he made a big mistake in sending off the New Farm boy which turned the game on its head, then at the end everyone at that game could plainly see the Glenburn boy was a MILE offside including the Referee, he never gave the offside out of sheer spite because of the shit he was getting from the boy he sent offs dad and a few other New Farm supporters, why pretend when you know thats the truth
  21. You talk utter pish mate, what game were you watching, Jim Brown won that game for Glenburn with a string of shocking decisions, your embarrassing yourself trying to say otherwise
  22. Come on ffs 2 of Glenburn's 3 goals were offside, their 3rd right at the end was a mile offside, a blind man going past on a horse could see it was offside and the referee aloud play to continue out of spite because he had been getting a hard time from New Farm fans about previous decisions, Should never have sent the New Farm boy off, shocking decision, Baldy cost New Farm a least a draw today
  23. All the neutrals cuming in their pants over this match it's hardly a 2 horse leauge, at this point it's a 6 horse race, NF, Glenburn, Daily, and Tarbouten are all still in with a shout, looking forward to the second half of the season, closest it's been for years
  24. No there's no Sunday leauge sides up that way, Just Saturday teams in the valley, closest Sunday leauge game will be in Kilmarnock
  25. Don't think killie ams is playing tomorrow, heard the Dean Fenwick v Bonnyton game is off, can't see anything on grass being on
