I'm looking to drop quite a bit of weight before a family wedding in May.
I'm fine with the diet side of things, know exactly how much I should be eating, and what. That is already showing results.
However, I'm looking to incorporate exercise into the mix to speed things along, and get a bit fitter in the process.
I'll mainly be exercising at home, with some kit that was bought a while back. I've got a freestanding punch bag with gloves and pads, and a set of 3 kettlebells at different weights.
What would be a good circuit to get me started, say 3 times a week at home...?
