What I am lead to believe regarding this set up is that most of the under20's will be used with approximately 6 spaces being filled between the 16 and 17's .

In what has been a good week for the club results wise, the under 17's played the first of 3 away fixtures in the League at Ladybank against AM Soccer. It was a very professional performance with the boys running out 4-1 winners , next up for the young team Bayside at Dalgety Bay.

I think they switched off a wee bit in the second half, but they got there in the end, Hearts scout was taking in the match as well. Boys away next week to Am soccer, hopefully they can build on todays win. did you manage to get the whole game? a few folk came in a bit later.

Under17's get their League campaign of to a winning start with a 3-1 win over Rothes at NCP.

Still plenty football over the weekend at NCP to satisfy the cravings !

Very impressive 2-1 win for the under17's tonight as they made the trip to Dundee to play League champions and cup winners Fairmuir in a last friendly before their League opener on Sunday. quite a physical match, but the boys held their own, with some lovely football on display. certainly bodes well for Kelty Hearts future when you see the talent coming through the ranks.

Although a new team the under17's are heading into Division1 and start League campaign against Rothes this Sunday at 11.00 am . 3 or 4 of the boys in this team could be heading for the under 20's.

Sorry didn't get back to you, was getting ready for the match. I think the young lads made it a bit difficult for themselves at times, but good second half , they play Rothes in the first league match for the under 17's next Sunday.

Cheers, being newbies in the league we will have the odd blip, but hopefully we give a good account of Our self's. The new under17's team kick off next Saturday 12.45pm at NCP v Rothes Juniors . some decent boys in this group as well.

Boys up against a strong Celtic reserve team today with the visitors eventually running out 1-3 Victors, with Scott Dalziel Scoring for Kelty.

Well done to the under 20's today, winning 1-0 against Whitburn juniors, Will certainly give the boys a bit of confidence for the season ahead.

Great confidence boosting 5-1 result tonight against Dunfermline , ( Hare 2, Gay , Cargill and Husband) Ogilvie for Dunfermline.

I think we might bring in another defender, looking forward to the summer tournament to see how the new boys gel, Personally I think in the coming seasons we will see less coming in from other teams, as the under 20's have made some decent signings, from the likes of St Johnstone, and the under17's bringing guys in from Fife Elite and Stirling Albion. The feel good factor around the club is brilliant , and will only get better.

Couple of good friendly fixtures coming up, tomorrow Kelty play Cowdenbeath at NCP followed by a Celtic X1 on Sunday 15th July .

2 Year extension , not a bad bit of business for the club. under 20's making several good signings as well, new under17's coming on board too, , busy boys down Kelty way !
