Where have I exaggerated?
''Yet he's scored a number of goals against teams in the top tier including both of the old firm.'' You're making out the guy was banging them in the top tier. Yes he scored a number of goals, a pathetic number of goals.

Some pars fans just don't get that football isn't black and white (pardon the pun).He scored one goal against Celtic. One of 6 goals he scored for Dundee in 58 matches. Why exaggerate? 6 goals in two seasons at Dens. 1 goal in a whole season for us. Not near good enough.

Announce Faissal.
I think Faissal may well be one of the guys that Crawford referred to as ''thinking they are doing us a favour'' by being at the club. I would be amazed if he came back. Also the fact he's pish at this level. All these excuses about long balls to his head are exaggerated. In around the box he was clueless. Defences are far better at this level than league 1. Drifted out wide to find the ball and still didn't create anything. Yeah, he has nice wee touches here and there but it's match intelligence, strength and positioning that just not good enough. How he looked last season is exactly how he looked playing at Dundee the 2 years previous. I go to Dens quite a bit due to family and the same issues were evident. This is not something that will change. Some Pars fans just don't get the differences in league 1 and the leagues above. Look at Nesbit at Raith against QOS. He barely kicked a ball.

Oliver has scored 13 goals in 75 games over 3 seasons at Morton. Think most of those goals were against us.

Can't believe we paid £450k for him
That's because we didn't

James Craigen not signing up for next year. Surprised he's gone.

Faz has shown over the last 3 years that he can't score goals above league 1. He lacks the strength and intelligence around the box. A couple wee party flicks still seems to draw some fans in that he's still worth having. I don't think there's any chance he will be back again.

L.Longridge is quite skillful but not much end product. Like mentioned above he more often than not makes the wrong choice in the final 3rd. I thought it was 50/50 if he was offered a new deal here.

You're both wrong. Danny Devine is clearly the best centre half in the league.

Thomas Reilly is a stand out. Hubby still at Kelty too? That's some midfield supplying Austin.

Thomas Reilly from Forfar too? Sure he was a bit of a stand out in league 1. Kelty really going for it.

Thought Rovers looked poor. Not near good enough.
Winning the league next year looks unlikely with Falkirk too. Hope they find a way to win it ahead of Falkirk as it's a much better derby.

Would mind Murray for ourselves. Tidy wee player.

Chris Kane was brutal.
True what Grant says about going with rated youths. You will never get away with having a team full of them in the championship. I would imagine 2-3 starting games and many making up the bench.

Anyway, any rumours or ideas who these other 3 signings are? Definitely will be either playing in the Premiership or playing in a play-off.
I think Steven Anderson is a strong possibility. Lots of chat over the last week, then started following Pars twitter account. He stays in Dunfermline too. Tommy Wright now saying that he's looking to get the age of his squad down over the summer.
Liam Brown's been mentioned elsewhere, out of contract a Well and certainly fits our recruitment plan. Apparently a talented CM this guy. Robinson blocked a loan move as he planned to play him in the first team but didn't materialise for what ever reason.

Few rumours that we at looking to take on a 20 year old lad called Liam Brown. Seems he came through the famous Queens Park youth system. What's your thoughts on him?

Due to his fairly constant ability to make mistakes, miss runners and forget how to mark he drags other players down.
Ashcroft didn't have a good season but I'm more inclined to believe he's got the ability to play well providing he has an OK partner. Devine is not OK.
I wouldn't even say he's good enough for 3rd choice, the danger with 3rd choices is that they might sometimes go on the football pitch.
Looked casually at the ICT game highlights tonight for the first time. Totally biased in Pars favour as per, but even at that you see another stick on Devine blooper. It doesn't result in a goal (which he's got away with a number of times) but it's hideous defending. No pressure facing his goal then has a suicide touch. Total liability.
1.50 onwards.

Ryan Dow is terrible. A great signing for you.
Yeah, so we have heard.
We're skint though and are basically trying to spend what we bring in. You lot will need to learn to do that when McGregor crokes it.

Not an inspiring goalscoring record but stats can tell you anything. Feel he'll be much like Connolly and Longridge.
Happy to give him a chance.Maybe a cheaper version with a bit more to prove after dropping to the 4th tier.

Pleased for Dow to get another shot at full-time football after taking a risk to get games.
Hopefully he can show what he is made of now, because we never saw that at Ross County.
What happened to him at County? It was quite a big fall from his early Utd days. Injuries or just loss of form?

Big deal. You could probably get most strikers to score 6 goals in 58 games within two season in the top tier. You made out you were proving a point of why to keep FEB. It's crap record top tier or not.
