*last seasons stats McKenzie: 43 Total Apperances (18 Starts, 25 Sub), 5 Goals, 4 Assists Ashford: 42 Total Apperances (27 Starts, 15 Sub), 3 Goals, 4 Assists Bryden: 20 Total Appearances (3 Starts, 17 Sub), 3 Goals, 1 Assist

4-2-3-1 was something I was looking at and ideally for away at Abroath I would be looking at something like this with McGeady more central but in essentially a free role while having Amartey and Chalmers do most of the running for him

It seems like we have the same issue as last season where we play 1 up top (4-5-1/4-1-4-1) and he’s left isolated or we play two up top (4-4-4-2) but then our Two midfielders get overrun, and we can never make 3-5-2 work. as for Rose I think we just needs more time Dipo certainly didn’t start off on fire and needed 5-6 games before he started firing in goals, and as for signings while I agree we could do with improvements in our fullbacks I feel there are positions that need prioritised (midfield and another striker) and we already have 3 right backs and 2 left backs so unless we manage to offload someone I can’t see us signing more

Rose was used a decent amount of times by Weymouth on the Right Wing so he can play there and i would rather he play wide then McKenzie

this is how i assume it will play out either like this or in a more 4-1-4-1

that being said getting to bring on an Amartey from the bench to run at a tired defence could be a big difference depending on the score

so likely a 4-3-3 with either Rose or McKenzie in the striker position

yeah just noticed he did didn't play last of 16 but did for Quarters and Semi's so who knows

I know McAllister can play in the midfield but that would require playing Ahui at RB

the two people Bullen will never drop is McGinty and McKenize Rose should just rename himself to McRose to get in full time

been toying with this lineup against Livi

from what i recall it was Ashford thou some sites say it was Dempsey so who knows

Can’t complain about Ashford starting since Murphy is injured and McGeady shouldn’t be starting IMO but Rose should be starting ahead of Bryden
