  1. If anything it's your club and administration that should be embarrassed for depriving followers like yourself an opportunity in a national SF. Given where QP are just now its conceivable similar results would have transpired against the opposition. While as a club and fans its being spun that this is a blessing and allows full concentration on the league...........we all know that's just bullshit.
  2. Not in a big game you didnt you 'clown' Note - Playing infront of 2 men and a dog watching against Hamilton or Montrose is NOT a big game fixture
  3. Looking forward to heading to play a big game at Hampden............is a statement no QP fan can make this season
  4. I'm greedy and want a potentially winnable tie before getting them in th final. 2 Hampden trips are better than 1!!!
  5. Drawing celtic would be the most boring fucking reward for reaching Hampden.
  6. Any team that has fans who sing about historical religious issues in a country that the club is not located and take pride in using heinous crimes committed by authority figures as point scoring whataboutery.
  7. Who's not enjoying it? Stating that my personal opinion is that the gravity of the results in the cup will be enough for the board to think he is the man for another season probably in the Championship where expectations will be high. Obviously there is still an outside possibility play-offs and even Premiership football but it's unlikely.
  8. I'm sure we will find out over the next few season as thus will probably win him enough favour for another contract for at least a year. If he does stay though, expectations will be high and sustained periods of unfulfilled results and performances we have seen need curbed.
  9. Should tell the board this so they will be ripping it out and down the scrappers.........good few quid for copper just now. Money troubles solved!!!
  10. Not see or take much interest in killie this season but the team doesn't look too much different from last season. On that basis it gives us a very good chance.
  11. We are as many points from the top of the table as the bottom. While I'm not a happy clapper we will be more likely to head upwards than get closer to the arse end. Our season now is striving for the play-off and SC visit to Hampden.
  12. Seems I've significantly underestimated the strength and success of our youth development at the club over the last almost 30 years. Let's hope that the next crop destined for success are not far away.
  13. He's out of contract this summer. Signs of long term planning there. Our club is pretty poor both now and historically with bringing through youngsters, unless they had a name like Christie or Polworth. Big reason some think its time for a full culture and philosophy change in the club at all levels.
  14. On that basis we will never blood youngsters whether cairns or anyone else. This league is so tight there arent many examples of games like this.
  15. George Oakley turning into a goal machine. Maybe it wasn't him at fault with us afterall
  16. We make the same subs every game and neither Oakley before he left or boyd have impact. Samuels may offer more once fully fit but he's been out months. Plenty chances to try a player that offers something else with a physical presence around the cloggers in this league.
  17. Just keeping Cairns would be a huge start. Very impressive in his cameo against Morton but no idea why he's not getting more game time. Be very short sighted if the club don't try keep the highland haaland
  18. Controversially I actually think JG has shown in spells he can be a good manager and also speaks well and seems professional. Going to Dutd was a surprise, however if he fails there (so quickly on the back of the Dons) and is punted in the summer, I wouldn't be adverse to him being approached as our next boss. He will have pretty low stock then and probably have to accept dropping down a level for a job, he also has experience of low budget and P/T football with Alloa. Given his need to rebuild a career at that point, he'd probably be within budget too.
  19. With Nigg also granted the same status which is a huge facility along with all the required onsite engineering infrastructure already being used for both O&G plus renewables then all Inverness will get is the dregs of workscopes. Even if they are significantly cheaper in costs there is the hassles of intermediate road transit from harbour to stadium, not to mention the limits on vessel size for mobilising etc. Overall the big winner in the Highlands with the freeport status is County if Uncle Roy decided to open the wallet further. Not saying there isn't opportunities especially around new technology start ups and development within the city area but unlikely we will become 'ballers' using car park storage.
