If you exclude the Motherwell game, we were brilliant from Livi up until that Hibs game. The main gripe for me was we fell in to the team selection due to covid/injuries. When we lost players to covid/injury again we persisted with it when it was clear to see it wasn't working. I can't see that being the case this time around.

This is all true. What I can add is we have a manager who seems to be signing players to fit his system. We've turned out noses up at a few rumoured players but we're probably all still looking at things how they were under McInnes. McInnes used to sign good players but so many of them didn't fit his style of football. The likes of Greg Stewart and McGeoch never really made sense at the time but we were happy because we knew they were good players.

I think it makes a massive difference having someone like Feige overseeing the whole process. DC have made so many mistakes that they'll be playing catch up for a long time.

Will never use it. No issue with it being there for anyone who wishes to use it. Can't understand the folk getting upset by it.

I've no idea why he needs a massive wage along with his agent and old man getting a massive fee though?

It was only one game but I'm a lot more optimistic after watching it. We have a DM who's legs are likely gone but he's still miles ahead of most players in the league up top screening the defence. A cracking young pair of full backs who have been brought up playing quick football in to feet. Probably more importantly we have a Ramirez who can hold the ball up, find pockets of space and pick a pass. We also have JET who's got lovely feet and can actually head the ball in the direction he wants it to go. I'd still like to get a few more players in to fight for a spot in the first XI though.

Whoever signs him will have to pay a massive fee to his agent and father. That's on top of his wages. His agent will only put him somewhere that pays him in line with the very best in the world.

Sounds really daft but I most enjoyed him seeking out a player who'd done something well, be it a goal, assist or just a chance created and letting them know how well they'd done. Also making his teammates go round the crowd after the game with a few of them throwing shirts in to the crowd. He's a P.R man

I have to give credit to Considine. Managed to play first touch football or take one touch at most before passing. After years of watching him take three or four touches it's a bit frustrating. Clearly coached in to the team by Derek.

It went from weird to thoroughly enjoyable as the minutes passed!
