I was one of his many critics over the start of the season and the end of last however I'm starting to warm to him. I do still think Dunlop and Watson are a good looking pairing but Higgins has improved over the last few games. Won basically every challenge he went up for against Clyde

Higgins and Dunlop played well together against Clyde IMO, love Dunlop’s desire to move forward and find a pass rather than always punting it long. Genuinely one of my favourite signings in the past couple of seasons. Going by Church’s twitter page (because what is better proof of an imminent signing) he’s liked the tweet about the game tomorrow so I’m hoping today it will be confirmed and he’ll be in the squad for tomorrow

We could debate what the club should have done in preparation for the game for ever if we wanted to. Ultimately, I personally believe the club made the right calls for it but people are always going to be disappointed some way or another.

Agreed, really hoping the club are going to take advice like this on board (which hopefully will be coming from those directly involved with the days operations) and stop muppets like that getting in. Completely ruins the viewing for home fans having to deal with that mob.

Hoping the police/security don’t **** the bed with rangers fans in the home end like last time. Absolute worse people to live 15 mins from the ground and support a team in Glasgow [emoji23] you wonder why small clubs struggle to survive at times

Does anybody know how long denholm is out for? He would have been a great sub to have brought on against Clyde, hoping it’s not too long

Pretty certain we should have had a penalty just after the equaliser, from the corner looks like the ball comes off the defenders left arm. More or less the same call Clyde got for their pen.

First game of the season done and dusted. Draw probably a fair result, we were very poor in the first half. We barely tested Clyde, not sure we even had a shot on target. Much better in the second half, Dowds introduction was what changed the game for us. Hopefully cemented his place in the side next week. Was disappointed by Duggan, didn’t think he was on the pace at all today. Hope his injury isn’t anything too serious. Thought Higgins and Dunlop looked pretty solid today, didn’t have an awful lot to do but did the job when required. Have to say Clydes pitch looked absolutely rotten, pretty poor standard in comparison to ours. Special mention to Higgins for booting the ball at the Clyde end, rated that very highly.

Was disappointed by the fife in the first half, thought we were incredibly poor. Much better second half, case of roles being reversed. Dowds better be starting next week, Wallace played well today as well. Looks like Goodwillie is miles off the pace at the moment, Johnston the standout player for me for Clyde. Have to say that Astro looked rotten as well

I agree with what Scott is saying. I personally can’t be arsed in the slightest seeing folk from the area who aren’t fans coming to their first game in however many years taking tickets away from those who actually come week in week out. I can’t get a season ticket because I live in Glasgow but would encourage anyone locally to get one, it’s a massive boost to the club and although it is a fair whack of money you are supporting your local club, which unfortunately can’t be said for most of the local area.

Let’s get whoever it is announced, I’m dying to know

It’s going to be hard to take if there is a draw today. The team deserve to go through for the last three performances. The way we’ve bounced back from the Cowdenbeath game has to be commended. Keeping my fingers crossed that there’s a winner in 90!
