Agree with the first part but we are 5 points better off than we were after the same number of games last season. I think the overall standard of the league is better this season too with decent Clyde and Peterhead sides replacing hopeless Brechin and Stenhousemuir teams. I’d say East Fife, Airdrie and Montrose are improved too.
5 points? I’d have thought it would have been more than that to be honest. I agree with the standard of the league comment being better.0 -
I heading abroad late afternoon on tuesday and will arrive at our hotel near to kick off time. Was going to watch it online . I'm wondering if it can be bought before I leave the UK. As it will be near to kick off if I can't and it may not be processed.
I’ve bought a game right before kick off time and had no issues if that helps mate.0 -
The window for purchase is 36 hours, at least when I go to buy. So as long as you can process about 10AM on Monday, that should cover you. (User, not expert)
I think he means that because he’s still in the UK, it won’t let him buy it as it’s only available to people abroad.1 -
At this stage of our first season down in League 1 - with a squad full of utter jobbers and kids - we had 53 points. That includes having to play Sevco twice.
Shows you how shite both of these sides are that neither are even keeping up with one of our worst sides ever.
Good effort. 5/100 -
The club can f**k right off firing out the no inspection planned tweet. I've cut a trip away short to attend and I'm already halfway home.
We're the biggest tinpot minter in Scottish football.
We had to play an outfield player in goals for a whole game and loaned our best player out to you lot who effectively relegated us. Wouldn’t think you’ll be taking our biggest minter crown anytime soon mate.

Jack Smith going out on loan to Dundonald. I thought he’s looked pretty good when he’s played. EoS is a really poor level.
Yeah I was a bit disappointed when I heard that too. I’d have hoped he could have gone to a league 2 side and got game time there. At least if he gets 12/13 games under his belt between now and the end of the season, he will be sharper come the friendlies.0 -
3 cup finals, yet no trophy. Europe was defeat to a bunch of fishermen from Iceland and a Swedish lower league side wasn’t it?
The point he was making was that if we were regularly in cup finals and Europe, we wouldn’t be too concerned about where the money was coming from. Just because it’s a rival team doesn’t make it any less true.2 -
Hardly anybody on here was critical of the Bowie deal.
Go back to page 3562...1 -
Would you have "gave a toss"? If your team was in 3 cup finals in 5 years? And "playing" in Europe. Bit holier than thou attitude coming across here.....
Too right we wouldn’t have given a toss! We are pretty strapped for cash just now, posting losses in this league, and folk still expected us to knock back good money for Bowie. Probably the same folk having a go at Dunfermline for knocking back money for Nesbit.0 -
Is there a suggestion that Steve McLean is injured?
I must have missed that.
Where did u read/hear that Sandy?1 -
Miller and Watson are our RB’s. McKay is a CB, as is Mendy, Davo and Bene. Who’s the third, McKay? By that logic, Bene is our second LB too. Maybe you meant GAndo is a fill-in RB?
What makes you say McKay is a centre back ahead of being a right back? Off the top of my head he’s featured more at right back for the first team than he has at centre half.0 -
What’s wrong with me saying I would quite like to see a right back signing? I know we have 3 right backs, but we have a solid left back so I would like to see a solid and consistent right back signing.
There’s nothing wrong with it, but when we have three right backs in the squad and only one left back, I wouldn’t say it’s a priority.0 -
Can I just ask wit was the need for sprinklers 1) in the weather and ,2) on astro???
The pitch is too slow unless it’s wet, that’s why we have the sprinklers. f**k knows why we used them today though!0 -
Who really cares how much he’s being paid? Post after post of pure drivel!
Can we go back to arguing about the Nando Mendy song please?2 -
ICT have had their appeal against Keatings' red card rejected. Madness.
Good news for us but an utterly baffling decision to back up a poor call in the first place.0 -
The point is in Germany everyone’s not a a snowflake, this discussion is the most tin pot thing I have ever read, this might be the first time in the last decade that we have had a consistent atmosphere home and away and everyone here is calling for everyone promotion that atmosphere to be banned for setting off a flare and people falling over chairs, it’s ludicrous.
Here’s an idea, how about we keep the singing but stop the flares?
That way we still have the atmosphere but we keep within the law and don’t get the club into trouble.

I’m still trying to work out which is worst. The pyro/broken seats incidents or the statement from the South Stand Boys. A actual dinny cane

Where were the Rovers fans director and liaison officer when all of this was taking place? Surely they both have a duty to be identifying culprits and informing the police of any wrong doing?

That was the first time we’ve scored a header from a corner since 1974!

1500 Pennicuk fans. That’s a fantastic showing from them!

My new company laptop requires admin privileges to install steam to play Football Manager. Is there any way round this?

For someone who’s a bit late to the party, what’s the story here with Zico and Steakngravys lawyer?

Interesting view on Hendry, Scottydog. Although I wasn’t there today, I think he’s looked poor recently. He maybe needs a rest. How did Maclean do?

Same. Due to pick up a ticket from someone outside the ground, due to a bad hangover and hellish traffic I arrived at 1505, with no sign of the guy. Retreated to a pub on Leith Walk where the game was met with utter apathy. An awful day to be quite honest, not even the result saved it.
You got from Govan to Edinburgh awfully quickly?1

I’m calling out Mark Braid and Ian Ogilvie and betting that they haven’t been inside Starks Park since the Nelsons Tipped Cigarettes roof was on the South terracing. Two absolute doom merchants!
