  1. Reality is Ayrshire Junior fans were just Old Firm fans who couldnt get to Glasgow every other week so not sure what your point is.
  2. At least they dont flounce out of a thread saying they have had enough and are never responding again but are then back posting in same thread in under 20 minutes like yourself.
  3. They are not a Junior club, they are senior cuckoos doing nothing but taking money from the pockets of real Junior clubs in the East and North. Bizarre its being allowed and even more bizarre that a poster is so happy to see the "grade" being taken for a ride by clubs who couldnt get out of it quick enough just a couple of months ago.
  4. No one outside of the Bigots generates income, should all 40 clubs be hunted?
  5. TV only wants the bigotfest, Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen dont generate any money - it all comes from outside broadcasters and sponsors wanting to attach themselves to the bigots so based on your pretty feeble argument I'm assuming they shouldnt be giving the TV money/sponsor money to the other full time clubs?
  6. Well the part time clubs are the same as the full time clubs in that they are all football clubs so why should the full time clubs get their grubby little protuberances on the part time money? Sometimes when you get yourself in a hole, stop digging.
  7. Ooft, clear who you support. In my lifetime I've seen part time clubs in the top flight, well remember watching the Dandies at Dumbarton in the top flight in '85. Not sure why full time = better players, they may be fitter but there is no guarantee that just having full time clubs would make the product on display any better. If full time automatically meant better than Partick wouldn't have finished behind Alloa and Arbroath, Falkirk wouldn't have fecked their season by being unable to beat Clyde 3 times in the league.
  8. Other clubs should call her bluff - tell her they'll vote for 14-14-14 but only if she accepts Hearts going down and the top 3 in the Championship coming up.
  9. All that's left are vultures picking at the carcass of the Junior game by denying the real Junior clubs the opportunity to go far in their own competition. Bizarre that the OP is so ecstatic about these Senior clubs coming in and winning the competition he loves - guess he's not a Junior man after all.
  10. Speaking to a committee member of a golf club yesterday and they are re-opening subject to ScotGov confirmation on Friday for single players, doubles from the same household and threeball/foursomes from a maximum of 2 households - all subject to social distancing. Clubhouse and changing rooms are to remain closed and the couple of electric buggies they also have are to remain out of use for the moment as well. Members will also be requested to go to the toilet before going for a game as there will be no facilities on site. Also been mandated by the Scottish Golf Union that starter sheets must be kept for 2 months to assist with any contact tracing that may be required - which the committee are apparently most worried about as with the club shut apart from the course they have nowhere to actually put the sheets at this point.
  11. You'd think Number 10 would have learnt how to handle it from watching Sturgeon falling into the exact same trap over Calderwood. Calderwood goes to her second house. Sturgeon supports her at press conference. Calderwood revealed to have visited the house twice Sturgeon fires her. We're now between points 3 and 4 for Cummings, at some point over the next 24 hours no doubt they'll sneak out a resignation announcement - no doubt just after some big announcement at tomorrows briefing.
  12. Luckily in Scotland the NHS is a devolved issue and its the SNP that were in charge of the care home crisis.
  13. Who knew there were so many scum who sneered and looked down on the Untermensch in Falkirk, still so long as Dawson Park Boy can infect people like buggery its all right.
  14. Guidelines for the whole country, at no point has Edinburgh or London said that football will be played by date X - it will be the clubs that make the final decision about whether or not there is football this year.
  15. Say Ayr have an average home gate of 2000, you'd need all of those 2000 to purchase a streaming ticket for every home game just to get anywhere near this seasons income. Whilst also considering the loss on hospitality, pie sales, half time draws, on the day purchases of things like scarves etc etc etc. It may be possible to generate a profit if Ayr and other clubs cull their playing squads and play a team of 16 year olds on a YTS (or whatever it is these days) but who is going to watch that? Scotland doesn't have the population or club fanbase to make streaming a realistic full income replacement.
  16. Streaming as an additional (very small) cost to a handful of people is a totally different model than that of streaming being your main income generator which is then being used to pay the player and coaching wages.
  17. If its only happening in your head its not really happening.
  18. The problem with playing 2 games per week from January till June is that any bad weather will then probably postpone 2 games instead of 1. It could potentially cause a massive back log of games. One of many proposals being looked at in terms of actually having a 20-21 season.
  19. This has been obvious for weeks now, anyone who thinks we're going to have football with normal attendance from August to May has been deluding themselves. Without reading the article - it was mentioned a few weeks ago that there was a plan to play 2 games a week from February to June in the lower leagues to ensure there actually is a 20-21 season.
  20. There are no Junior clubs in the WoS, its not really hard to understand no matter how much you stamp your feet and wish it were so.
