You can tell that the home top is from an old template by the fact it has Adidas under the three stripe logo whereas the away top is from a newer template. Newer Adidas designs just have the three stripes logo. The home top is identical to the Hamilton Accies kit from 21-22 with their red replaced by our black. The “partnership” with Adidas essentially involved someone a QPFC flicking through an Adidas template brochure. Note also that the adidas logo on the home shirt is a different colour from the shorts.

Buy them and give your season ticket to someone else as you see fit on the weeks you can’t attend so that your son can still get to go. The stewards aren’t going to notice and/or care. Wait and see how many absolute chancers emerge now that we are back at Hampden looking for, and successfully getting, free tickets with lounge access so there should be no guilt on your part.

Overall an enjoyable day with the welcome news as well that Charlie Fox is staying. Actually thought the East Stand itself was not as bad as feared in terms of the space and view. For an open training session Lesser Hampden was ideal, for competitive football……. not so much (see above comments re the “royal box”). Beuker and Veldman both spoke very well afterwards and were happy to speak with supporters which was good. Still think the social club layout could be better and definitely need some QP memorabilia on show.

Most QP fans I know see the whole situation as ludicrous

This assumes of course that QP get to retain a meaningful proportion of any ticket sales as part of the deal. I wouldn’t be surprised if the SFA leaned quite hard on this in the negotiations.

So now we are going to rent the ground we sold and give use of the ground we built to the people we sold the first one to………….…..but we can’t use the old one till September so until then we will use the new one which has been deemed not suitable for the level we play at?

It was the Cove application I was referring to I’m afraid. Nothing new of note in the Lesser application for many months now
