Not going to try and pick my team for tonight as I'm not sure who I would go with. My biggest hope for tonight is we play like a team and not a group of individuals. If we play a 4 4 2 then the forward players need told to get closer to each other.

I just hope if the Jak doesn't come back that PH has another ace up his sleeve. I'm not sure Mackin, Lewis, Turner and O'Hara would have the firepower between them to make us contenders.

I would bring Robson in for Brough. Tell Lewis and Mackin they need to get closer. McGhee looked really decent for me yesterday at right back. I would start Froxy and sacrifice either TOE or Sammut for Tuesday night. The real issue for me is who to drop to get Dallison into the team if he is fit. I don't think Harrison or Muirhead done much wrong but Dallison has looked the best of the signings so far and has to play for me.

I thought Mackin and Lewis were too far apart at times yesterday. Mackin looks capable of winning the ball in the air but needs someone closer to him. The understanding between them wasn't there but that could come with games. On the basis of the games i've seen, a friendly against Airdrie and yesterday I don't feel in a position to say whether any of the players are shite or brilliant. They need time, as does Hartley to decide on his best 11, formation etc. I still think we need another forward player and Robson is better at left back as Brough looked out of position yesterday.

Up the top, towards the Grangemouth end. In that area we are mostly a tolerant bunch.

The one thing I took from yesterdays game was thank the Lord I don't have to sit in the Main Stand every week. You genuinely never get the levels of negativity I heard yesterday in the South.

We look like a team full of new signings who are still gelling. That's because that exactly what we are. Folk need to calm the f**k down. We stolled the league cup group stage last season and looked like world beaters and see how that worked out. Folk booing at half time need to f**k fucking right off.

The rumour I heard is that Watford are happy for him to go out on loan but they want him to play at a higher level. Could be pish though.

Jordan Allan didn't look worth a punt on Saturday but being fair to him we created heehaw up front and he was quite isolated.

The issue with bringing so many new players in is we really need to show a bit of patience with them. It may take a good few games before we start seeing them gel as a team. Patience is going to be the key and sadly it's not something certain elements of our support are renowned for.

Didn't see tonights game but I didn't have any concerns with any of the signed players on Saturday. Thought they all looked like the could do a turn. Squad wise I would say we are light of a RB and two strikers. None of the trialists looked like they were worthy of a contract.

I thought the 3 trialists from Saturday were rank rotten. The wee striker that played the 2nd half was particularly guff.

Watching on Saturday Sammon is the type of player we miss. We have no physical presence up front and I would 100% take him. Gives us an option we don't currently have.

First half looked decent, Dallison looks a player. Second half was your usual friendly with loads of subs. None of the trialists looked that great. Needs to add a couple up front, hopefully one with a bit of experience. Early days though and the team is clearly still gelling.

Harrison looks the kind of boy that if he staring at you in the boozer you would be nervous[emoji109]

Looking forward to seeing the new players for the first time today. Cracking day and football is back even if it's a friendly, thank f**k.

I have always been a fan of Abba so it's Sweden for me. The TV this morning has been unbearable so the quicker they are gone the better for me.

And the AUOB would have been far easier to police than the cretins march in Cowdenbeath despite the numbers.

At the risk of being abused, I would just like to say that I couldn't give a shiny shite about the result of pre season friendlies. They are nothing more than training sessions. We had a great pre season last year, done really well in the league cup section. We were all on here full of confidence especially when Loy came back but then the bubble burst and we fell flat our our arses. If we lose all friendlies and win the league then that will do for me.

Listening to that was torture. It would have been better if the commentator had mentioned going on a road trip for TNS Champions League tie a bit more.
