Fewer more efficient administration is needed. The fixture guy seems to have done well. Him, ask him to co-op a couple more. It's not rocket science and given what's gone on you'd be better without the kind of experience the old guard bring.

That's not the reality of things on the ground though. Won't happen.

Away from a online football forum in the real world the likes of Mr Rooney , Chisholm,  Fyfee,  are all well respected by the vast majority of west junior clubs which will be shown in the future.

Not defending Talbot, but is it possible that when null and void was identified as a method of finishing the season no-one present understood the implications further down the line or the nuance between each method of concluding the season. When it was pointed out they changed to PPG.

the fact remains a clear out is needed to get better administration of the new set up.

    The clear out won't happen.

The credible people with any kind of experience aren't there.

One or two who are trying to position themselves are disliked by the majority of junior clubs from west of scotland.

The majority of people running the juniors in the west of Scotland league will be junior men that's the reality of the situation many of them are suitable, have the experience and in the main have ran a steady ship for years.

Johnson has junior cup to organise  and Robertson has gone so those two won't be involved.

  3. Total non story from a 'journalist' from the kilwinning chronicle.

The scottish senior game are world leaders in corruption and self preservation far worse than anything that goes on in the junior game. Any moral high ground the junior haters try to take from this is laughable considering the organisation they support that is the laughing stock of world football even those who placed so much faith in it are losing faith in it and the 'pyramid'.

Atfc will no doubt take legal action on this and no doubt the clubs supporters will boycott clubs like kilwinning and clydebank great just what scottish football needs more court action and a boycott.

My spin? Read what you just posted again.

Mate you talk sense and stick up for the club well.

Away from the jealous fans of rivals to yourselves and the bitter junior haters who will spin anything into having a go at the junior grade in the real world away from here the majority will see this for what it is a total red herring.

What is it I’m supposed to have done?
reading this in the paper like everyone else, was asked to comment by the paper and didn’t.

    Here he comes.

Atfc or the individual will almost certainly now be looking to take a civil court action for defamation against said newspaper and journalist ( a journalist from the kilwinning chronicle who's been sold a dummy so to speak ) great just what scottish football needs another court case.

Personally I'd leave court action atfc fans should just boycott visiting clubs like kilwinning and clydebank.

Something the clubs fans must now be seriously considering.

Now you are sullying this man Kilwinning have nothing to gain from this my team is in this league and I was astonished when they called talbot as winners so I’d like to see what comes of this and il stick by my original statement why was nr Chisholm private emailing mr fyfe when there was plenty time at the future meetings to resolve this mr Chisholm has left himself open to this by getting involved his club benefits from the change from null and void so he should of excused himself from the discussion

If this is how he is behaving then he should expect mud to be thrown back by whoever.

Club officials all over the country top to bottom look after own club interests that's life i'm afraid.

The bottom line is he put his point of view across and the decision was made and it was rightly called.

For a club like kilwinning who have no feeling for the junior grade anymore and said they were looking to move on they are acting very strangely constantly acting the opposite ever since the decision.

In the process they are dragging this all into the west of scotland set up it's already got off to a horrific start with infighting and division this only makes things worse.

Well done everyone at KR 🤨

So a reporter who mainly covers Kilwinning, bases his article on apperently incomplete recalled minutes? Or am I missing something?

Make no mistake about it buddy this is a dirty tactic from a club in kilwinning using the kilwinning chronicle reporter.

This have been a shambles for years and now under the stewardship of the man in charge now have divided the town with the move and taken his club away from the juniors and the junior cup and now the dirty tactics of trying to sully the name of a leading talbot official .

Disgraceful tactics throwing mud hoping it sticks and failing.

To think this man will no doubt want a leading role in the juniors in the west of scotland association is galling this will be part of his 'tactics' to ensure that.

  8. Shock horror an official using his position to benefit his club.

It's happening all over scottish football hardly crime of the century.

Mr Chisholm has done a good job in the west juniors for a while now as has Mr Fyfee.

Don't think this article is providing much earth shattering news.

    Laughable from kelty .

They didn't win a playoff against highland.

They didn't win a playoff against league 2.

The club are making no friends with the sfa or spfl  clubs here and that will come back to bite them in the future here.

Pure desperation here from a club who have chucked everything at this.

Hope the recent donations page looking for money won't be used to put toward massive legal costs on a flimsy case that will come to nothing.

What a shambles from the rangers men now in charge.

Money would be better spent on cctv in and around the ground.  Something practical .

Mon the lieeeee emoji838.pngemoji836.pngemoji838.pngemoji836.pngemoji838.pngemoji836.pngemoji838.pngemoji836.png

Arthurlie won't ever become the club they were in the 90s and 2000s imo the damage has been done imo and football isn't played on paper but some decent signs for you so far.

I have to admit, Kilsyth are one of the worst teams in regards to community and youth football.
Absolute no connection whatsoever with blinkered people with no vision, well definitely last season was the attitude while speaking to a couple of committee members. So getting new blood as in fans to Kilsyth, very limited I'd say.
I admit its a free speech on here and quite right too but Krfc10,  you have understood peoples own views of your comments above and I don't blame any of the replies.
if I was a Kilsyth fan Id be so embarrassed at the lack of vision

Stop bringing youth football into things ffs as if it's a big thing this isn't a youth forum.

Kilsyth Rangers have a proud football in MENS junior non league football. That is what they are and what the community know and have got behind in times gone past and present day.

You place far to much on boys football in relation to junior football.

Junior football and all of non league football to be successful is down to signing the experience and talent you can for money you have. If a club decide to have a youth team fair enough it's a small added bonus if any players make it to a regular in 1st team again another bonus.

To castigate a club who were founded to be a MENS football team is bang out of order all because you are involved in youth football give it a rest!

This is what is wrong with a lot of people throwing about term dinosaur all because they don't agree with the view you have. Stick to running a boys team and let club committees do what is right for them without being branded something that doesn't even mean anything in the real world.

The Sth Challenge Cup looks like being the new (junior) cup going by the team's involved, the clubs have moved now to a better level - so despite various opinions, the Junior Cup has finished. Great history and great clubs. Onwards and upwards, hopefully staying positive with all clubs surviving.

So an english based groundhopper from where bristol was it?

Telling scottish football fans it's finished and mentioning a better level.

    Clueless tosh.

Idiots guide thread right enough .

  13. What a buzz seeing those finals.

The passion from the crowd , players. management , even the commentators are drawn into the magic of the scottish junior cup,  can't beat it.

One thing is for sure they won't touch anything that's a impersonation the south thingy ma jig whatever the hell it is.

Why is all the team’s announcing new signings has there been a change in the registration of players

The majority of your football fans don't care for rules and regulations at this time.

All they want is some news something to look forward to and the clubs at all levels junior and elsewhere are happy to provide it.

I'm sure 95 per cent at least of everything being announced will go through.

  15. So basically no longer a bishopbriggs club for adult over 18 football.

Junior club in west of scotland playing out of govan and under 20 team.

Briggs was never a goer for a junior or senior club.

You need roots in a community spanning generations of adult football.

Rossvale will forever be type cast so to speak as youth football team(s)

No they never. Talbot were, and remain, more than welcome to remain in a new Junior set up or join the amateurs.

That won't go down well with those scrambling around looking to justify the 'pyramid' .

How's the highland league pyramid shaping up anyway to save me getting a sore head reading through waffle and spreadsheets.

    Banks o'dee in yet ?

    What a kindly offer.

CRFC is in good hands with David running things.

They are trying hard i will give them that!

Let's face  clubs like cambuslang need to do what they need to do to survive currently the club is run by primarily glasgow rangers who have grown up as camby as the local team.

They are trying to tap into the rangers thing it's better than a 'gangster' running the show.

St Rochs do the same thing very well with glasgow celtic.

Take a crowd of 500 at St Rochs a good 300-350 of them are celtic fans with nothing better to do and have adopted the candy as a second team.

Cambuslang will be trying to replicate that prime example the new home shirt to lure in the hordes.

Only downside to that is you will never really attract those who don't care about the celtic and rangers thing, people who want to get away from that sort of stuff in non league junior west of scotland football.
