Yes all the remaining clubs have agreed to compete in the competition. I believe they are hoping it will be played around March/April time

It was the refs decision, but both clubs were happy to play the game. As I said it was very soft under foot, it wasn’t dangerous

To be fair to the ref, we all agreed the game should go ahead. There was no danger to any the player, the surface wasn’t dangerous it was very soft underfoot.

Just a couple of points, professional SPL clubs are in a bubble so outside parties won’t be able just to play games there. But I’m sure you knew that. Our injuries are the exact same, we can’t control trace and protect. The players were told to isolate on Saturday morning, we have since been in contact with the NHS to get the decision overturned. Like other clubs have had to do after similar decisions. Know the fact before making stuff up

Of course mate Darvel have Trace and Protect in their back pocket, they help us get games off. We are in the same position this Saturday so why have we worked to get the decision reversed, surely it would make sense to have it off this week aswell with the injuries.

I’m talking about prior to the team being told to isolate, we had injuries but still had enough players to players to play the game

We had 6 players unavailable on Saturday, we have the same 6 unavailable this week. Nothing to do with injuries, we are missing some big players but we’re happy to play medda with the squad we had available, we are happy to play Clydebank with the same squad.

There has been and will be no training whilst we are instructed to isolate. You can come and hang around with me for a couple of weeks if you don’t believe me

There has been a couple of instances were the decision has been revered to isolate the full squad once it goes through system. I’m not holding out hope tho as there has been so many inconsistencies with each club

The protocols have been carried out, the issue is unfortunately there seems to be difference interpretation of who should isolate depending who you speak to at TP. We will continue to isolate until we have been told otherwise, as I said we have liaised with the league from the outset.

Cameron Eadie has a broken jaw he’s out for 6 weeks. Willie Robertson is out for 6 weeks with a hamstring injury, other than that we have a fully fit squad. Just you keeping making lies up tho keeps you happy I suppose

We had one player out for the last game, we had 18 for players for the match today prior to today’s isolation issue. As I said we haven’t floured in rules. My lawyers on holiday just now

Just to be clear, no rules have been broken. We trained as per the guidelines during the week the same as every club at our level. On Thursday a player went for a covid test, that came back positive he was contacted by track and trace. He was then asked for everyone details at training and the players have told to isolate. We have been liaising with the league through the whole process and followed all the guidance. The hand will be replayed at a future date in the season .

I know how they are run, and as I said there won’t be anywhere near that number of players on amateur contracts. If there are 47 clubs in the conferences, with an average squad of 18 players = 846 players. You trying to tell me there are around 423 players on amateur contracts don’t talk nonsense

Well they are part of the pyramid. same as kelty we’re last year and they didn’t get an opportunity to get promoted. I bet you it’s now where near 50%, amateur contract give the club no protection from losing players. I bet the number of amateur contests are very low
