I think it does. From the phrasing "agreed vaccine supply deals" it's based on if the deals are fulfilled. Which means if we have production issues or blocked vaccine exports or something then the forecast will have been too optimistic.

At the moment the forecast for 75% vaccinated looks like mid July. I can't see how we can be back to reasonably normal before mid August.

Hoping the Ofoborh annoucement is delayed because we are going to get him this window. One thing about the Simpson signing is that he's a left sided centre half so competition for Helander. I haven't seen much of Hanlon recently but I would have thought that his replacement being a 35 year old Darren McGregor can only be good for us. Harsh on Hagi considering his performance last weekend and also in the last Easter Road game.

Definitely not. Gallagher is nearly 30 and hasn't been especially impressive this season. Davies is much better on the ball as well as being left-sided which they don't currently have.
