If Queens go down to the Seaside League One I reckon the infrastructure at Palmerston should change threefold if the club has any ambition of getting back to the Championship. Clear out the BOD, management team and the majority of the players. Though knowing the club the BOD will remain, the management team will remain and unfortunately the majority of the playing squad may well remain too.
