This week surly Marv will push to try and inprove the squad get players out and get quality in . Good to hear Brydon Reilly and Cochrane should be back in the squad .

Difficult away game but somehow we have to start and get results. Hopefully Reilly Cochrane and Brydon back for this but Todd could be added to the injury list . Hopefully we can add quality to the squad this week right now we are nowhere near good enough for the playoffs .

No idea why we have a squad of 27 that is far to big you can understand the board saying to Marv to move players out before any come in . On the Cup Tie we again were far to negative should always have a go . That was a very good away support of 485 it is a pity that even when we went a goal down we still never had a go we had no plan B. Subs should have been on straight away.but again they came in very late had no chance to change the game. Another dissapointing defeat to what has been a very poor season .

Euan Ross is one of our young reserve players .Have said before without Reilly we just don't have a goal threat this is looking like a re run of the Falkirk game only a matter of time till St. MIrren score.

Queens are struggling financially any manager we had just now would be told he had to move players out to get mew signing in . We just can't keep adding to what will be another huge loss this season it will be double what we lost last season no Rangers game plus part cost of a new pitch and poor crowds. Back to the manager it does not really matter how he performs we just can't afford to sack him till at least this time next year . Everything in football is about money a good example is Raith Rovers a similar size club to us they not long ago were like us stuggling in League 1 but now they have been backed financially they are like a different club.

If they use USH does that mean Queens have to pay half the cost with it being a Cup Tie

Would the loan suit Morton make sure he was fit enough to get a new contract if not then we would have got him back . Surely they paid all his wages every loan set is different but clubs usually only pay part of the wages if you are developing the player like we are doing with our loans . I

We sadly can't afford to sack Bartley till say the later part of the year . We are allready going to lose a six figure sum from last season plus double this year bottom line is we should not be full time on crowds of 900 .

Did Marvin actually go and see him play or just watch a video his agent sent him . My thing is okay if you must gamble sign him but with a option of another year not just give him a 2 year deal why do that . I imagine to come up here he will be on a decent contract plus do we still give our English players a free flat in Hamilton certainly did that before with the likes of Ayo and others.

Hutchinson does put the effort in but he really is a very poor nothing to do with lack of service. Usually a player has something that he is good at but he has nothing really the blame is all Marvs what he seen in him I have no idea and to give him a 2 year deal is very poor management Will be amazed if any club takes him on loan .

Not a chance anyone would take any of our squad on loan so no new signing . The board have done the right thing why let Marvin add more to a very poor squad . The squad is far to big already. I would be amazed if anyone takes Walker or Hutchinson who is a good example.of Marv poor management why the hell give him a 2 year deal he offers nothing .

Or that forward from Hamilton who has scored 1 goal this season who lets just say is not rated by the Hamilton support sounds like a perfect signing for Bartley

You try snd tell me what Bartley seen in Hutchinson to offer him a 2 year deal . He puts the effort in but has nothing to offer . It worries me giving Bartley another transfer window he will just bring in players to make up the numbers not really matter if they are any good .

No more than that Queens are havig a very poor season . On the game we are struggling in League 1 should be a easy win for St Mrren we got lucky in the last round cant see it happening again

Yet another poor home performance I suppose at least we did not lose . We are missing a few key players but somehow we have to try and get goals in the team. Several of Bartley signings are just not good enough a example is Hutchinson Why sign him on a 2 year deal he offers nothing I can guarantee he will not get us goals. Right now we are miles away from being good enough for the play offs I really are not holding up much hope that Bartley can get the quality in we need .

That was 2 very poor teams neither deserved to win . That was as poor as i have seen Alloa against us a half decent Queens team would have got us the win but sadly we are miles away from that . Plenty of effort but you just need that bit of quality that sadly we don't have . Hutchinson is a good example trys hard but he is miles away from the quality we need. What Marv sees in him I have no idea.

I always thought Cove had a big money backer that was why they went completely full time . Does your squad have many part time players . I really wish Queens would try a mix of full and part time players right now we are going nowhere being completely full time . Most part time players make more with a job than any of our full time players.

Is Mumbongo that bad .He came on for you at Palmy looked decent. Big strong had bit of pace or am I trying to convince myself he has all these assets. Thought the deal would go through today so maybe not happening now.

Queens seem to be interested in Mumbongo he looked decent when he came for you at Palmy but not hearing good reports about him.

Our home game v Montrose on 24th Feb is now a 5.30 ko Live on BBC Alba. Away from that not looking like we are going to add to the squad this week really need to somehow add quality to try and push for the playoffs .

A fit Iain Wilson would get in most Championship teams midfield. The loan is due to end we can recall him it would be like a new signing but I don't think he wants to come back does not get on with Bartley think he will stay with you

I wish all we had to worry about was a new PA guy. On to the important stuff Reilly is going to be a huge miss Doherty and Hutchinson work hard but neither has a goal threat. Why both have 2 year deals I have no idea yet another strange decision from Bartley.
