    all well and good but try telling a kid under 20 he’s playing on the friday night with his age group and you need him to sit on the bench on to fill it on the saturday

    Seems to me the gap between the bottom half of Lowland League and the top of East of Scotland league is not a gap at all. Couldn’t speak for West or South as haven’t seen any teams from those leagues but would imagine West the same. Which in turn makes the promotion/relegation system even more farcical.
