I hear you. I’d just like us to show some fucking ambition, you know just once. I’ll be honest, I am completely disillusioned with the club at the moment . It’s been one boot in the stones after another this season . Not that it really matters but if Kilmarnock are picking up most of KVV salary anyway why did they not just sign him on 1st January and get him fit ?

Fair enough it seems I’m in the minority. I’m not talking about players in general terms here I’m referring to the fact we have no fucking strikers and other teams that don’t even need them are signing them from under our noses for shits and giggles. At some point we are going to have to outbid someone to get the players we want but as I say the vast majority on here seem content to lose players so as not to upset the wage structure.

These past few weeks have been an eye opener in that our peer clubs Dundee Killie St Mirren can now easily outspend us .They will hijack deals for anyone we are looking to sign so we will be left with the scraps. The fan ownership model we have has been well and truly found out. Relegation would appear to be a formality - if we survive this season it will be next . This seems to have been accepted by the board, maybe we all just need to make our peace with it .

Depends what you mean by silly money. So if If we offer a striker £1750 per week and say St Mirren offer him £2k per week we just give up ? Even though we are IMO still in a relegation dogfight? At this point in time our league safety trumps this wage structure pish - we need strikers otherwise we are fucked. The manager needs to be backed properly otherwise what was the point in keeping him on?

At some point we are going to have to outbid another team in order to get the players we want. I’m completely scunnered with the repetitive hard luck stories. We are clearly now fishing in a very very small pool. The fact that Curtis Main and James Scott easily found top flight clubs shows me that not many players want to come up here and it’s the same merry go round of players that all the non city clubs are chasing ( including Dundee as non - city for sake of argument) . We have one fit striker who was signed as 4th choice back up. We need two in ASAP. Three if we can mutually consent Obika ( wishful thinking maybe Lillieshall have a 5 a side team) Im getting a tad concerned that the board just think Livingston are gonners and we will take our chances with the play- offs . If Livingston v Ross County is anything other than a draw then panic is going to set in as fas as I’m concerned.

Are there ever any rumours doing the rounds which aren’t negative? .Not having a go at the post btw, it’s just my general impression that the whole club is swimming in negativity.
