  1. £28 quid for a walk up is just far too expensive. All the clubs are taking the piss. Shame really. I miss the 3rd Division days, affordable football often more entertaining as well!

These days players stay max 2 years, if that. No club loyalty, anywhere really. Short career I know, but its the fans getting ripped off. How much is it for a ticket at Arsenal? Total joke. There comes a time when fans of all clubs should boycott before it gets worse.

  2. Google Pixel 6a is cheaper and newer than the Pixel 6, but still an outstanding phone. I'm well impressed with it. Pixel 6a was released July this year, while Pixel 6 released Oct 2021. Support, updates until 2027 if I remember correctly.

He'd been fucking shite for about 7 years.

Spittal was shit at County, then they sent him on loan to Partick, when he was recalled he was really good. Some games superb! One player who should have signed on for another year, but money rules, Motherwell got him and now he is shite again.

  4. Armenia beating Rep. of Ireland 1-0 certainly made for an interesting start to the group. While I can see Scotland easily winning at home against Armenia, won't be easy for the away match in that heat.

Ireland away is surely a must win, puts a bit of added pressure on that match particularly.

Mackay proving he is a good manager

I think Malky has done a top job so far, the team have been a great watch this season. Lots of goals, now starting to keep clean sheets. Avoiding relegation is huge success, now doing that in style. 3 wins in a row is brilliant form this time of season.

Don't think we will make the top 6, very difficult fixtures Celtic away, Hearts at home, then Aberdeen away. Can see some draws in those matches, but wins would be surprising. Dont think draws would help much. Never know, but other teams have easier fixtures from what I seen.

  6. Back in Sept, County were unlucky in 1st match at Fir Park losing 2-1 to a late Tony Watt goal.

Then at home in Jan, County won 3-1 despite being down to 10 men for most of the 2nd half.

For once, I'm confident of another County win. While a long way from guaranteed safety, County have players with both quality and confidence, know they will be playing for some other team next season (Charles-Cook especially), but can see some good results coming our way in next couple of months.  Top 6 is possible, never know! Just a shame to not be in the Scottish cup as a cup run would have been nice. If County can get another couple of wins soon, it would make all the relegation talk completely disappear. An away win here followed by a home win against St. Mirren on Sat and County will be focusing on the top half of the table.

  7. That's 41 'Goals For' in the league so far, easily the 3rd best in the league (Hearts on 38). Its been superb watching a team that scores so many goals in the Premiership this season.

It is a very strange league this season, all the talk has been of relegation, yet County are only 5 points off Dundee United in 4th place! A couple more wins to build a significant gap from St. Johnstone and there is no reason why shouldn't be aiming for top 6. A massive win today, very happy :)

  8. For Ross County, where all the talk so far this season has been of avoiding relegation, to be only 5 points off 4th place shows what a strange league it has been this season.

Despite defensive concerns, it's been superb to watch a County team look so dangerous in attack this season and score lots of goals. 41 goals for, 3rd best in the league!! Suprised Regan Charles-Cook wasn't signed up by another team in January window.

Always find it hard to be on the optimistic side when thinking about Saints, but if we can somehow get a win against Dundee tomorrow I think we’ll be play offs at worst.

Hopefully we’ll be nowhere near that, but it’s an incredibly tight league, and County, Dundee and Saintees have all had some very good results and decent performances recently.

Certainly hope St. Mirren beat Dundee at Dens tomorrow, would make things way simpler for County.

Yet, for the life of me just can't see anything but a home win. Too much disruption with all the changes at St. Mirren.  Hope Robinson / Naismith / Brown in place for it, just think Dundee more up or this and will want it far more

Why leave out Hibs and Dundee Utd but include Motherwell? They’re all literally on the same points emoji16.png
It will take a worse collapse than Killie 2021 from any team outside the bottom three to be relegated IMO. After the infamous East Ayrshire tanking Kilmarnock finished in 11th on 36 points. After 33 games they had 28 points heading into the split. Livingston, in 9th, have 31 points after 27 games.
I get the bottom three looking upwards for hope, it’s what you need. Back in the real world, I think you’re looking at 99%+ chance that the bottom two in May will be made up of teams currently in the bottom three.

Dundee United & Hibs will be well safe sadly, too much quality and squad depth. Don't think St. Mirren / Motherwell as good, despite this being a 'great' season so far.

Aberdeen surely too big to fall into this. St. Mirren better get the new manager choice right, otherwise they could be in danger. Can see St. Johnstone and County get few wins on the table. Maybe too late for Dundee, but County will score goals still. Saturday is massive for County, home to St. Johnstone.

  11. I can see 1 extra team at least being dragged into this, who knows, maybe even 2. Wouldn't be suprised if all Dundee, St. Johnstone and County go on winning runs, that point difference could disappear fast. Don't think there is big gap in quality between County and many teams above us.

Then let's see St. Mirren / Motherwell/ Livingston / Aberdeen etc. under pressure suddenly. From a 'great' season, glancing at top 4 to instead a messy play off battle, could happen. Then nerves will hit, players will fold, fans will panic. Just takes 3 defeats or so, proper pressure then.

County will pick up points, St. Johnstone are already, wouldn't write Dundee off yet either. Funny if all three stayed up!! Wouldn't write anything off this season, it's the over confidence of the teams just a few points above that could be the downfall. Long way to go yet.
