Good game Today with ten men beith for much of the second half winning 2-1 . Bankies still massive favourites for the league and they're a very strong team for sure .

I really worry the way our game is going and could there be a worse venue and even public transport wise it's honking.

That's how i remember it too and it was mental spending at the time and it never really materialised into any success at all. Just as well as robroyguy was unbearable even when they were shite

Not many people seem to remember KRR going absolute bonkers money wise in their bid for glory when they sold adamslie , I think it might have been in the ian diack days and they splashed mad money to win things and it never worked out too well at all. I remember it well and they must have squandered multi thousands.

It can be excused to a certain degree but it's a terrible imbalance just like meadow are seeing. Plus side is we will have a flurry of home games coming up in our quest to defend our title .

The likes of bsc can be serial ' flitters' and play out of alloa ,clyde and then dumbarton and such like in their past but rob roy can't get the opportunity to play out of a new ground in their home town. Anyone else think the baws burst?

Beith as always are the firm underdogs . We will just plug away and hope for the best and Clydebank have a great team this season and they're up there on merit .

My workmate went to the San siro and done the full tour and the history of both milans were presented to him.. Inter milan were and still remain the poor relations of the stadium and people look down their noses at inter within the bowels of the san siro, maybe a little bit like bankies are the poor relations at holm Park....

I could guarantee that nobody would choose the best astro over the best grass pitch on offer . Take killie fans who are that wee bit older who watched killie playing on a sublime grass pitch all their days, there's no way any of these people would give the current plastic pitch the nod over what was like a bowling green back in the day .

Exactly and well said . I would ban astro's entirely and I can't stand watching football on them. Fully understand bellsdale has it's flaws with its slope though
