Christ, worrying times when I agree with you on here. You are right, they almost play a different sport to us and as soon as they realise that they rely on each other and they’re as similar as they dare imagine the better. I despise when old firm fans comment on Hibs like they actually have a clue about us (not saying they all don’t). Comments like “Hibs, Aberdeen and Hearts should be putting more pressure on us” are just so tone deaf.

Don’t think ahead of Kelly is too outrageous if I’m honest. -

Think today was the worst for a while. Pre match that VAR montage with the dramatic music was just awful and no need for it. It’s the fault of shows like sportsound for over analysing every decision we’ve ended up with VAR anyway. Post match was just as bad, Macintyre asking every member of the panel the same questions about Celtic and Aberdeen meant there was no time for any analysis of any other games, it really is dreadful. -
Motherwell FC - A Thread For All Seasons

Fan pressure mainly. The cup final against St Johnstone was the final straw for a lot of hibs fans. His next bad run after that was always going to see him off and it was a very poor run. Granted he wasn’t exactly helped that summer transfer window following the final. -

Please tell me there is a clip of this? I "unfortunately" missed the show this weekend. -
The Jam Tarts vs The Dons

Not sure what Rangers making the final says about the standard of the rest of the league to be frank, they didn’t have to beat Hibs, Aberdeen or Dundee United to get there. -

If you don’t think the standard of the league has been poor for 2/3 seasons now you’re mental. For some reasons Hearts fans take that as people saying they are shite also. They are as paranoid on this topic as they are about their rivals attendances. -

Yes, the standard of the league was so good last year that the other European qualifiers were Dundee United and Motherwell. I know plenty of Hibs fans who referred to the league as shite the season we finished 3rd also. -

That conversation about clubs in Europe was utterly painful. They don’t actually listen to what each other have to say, they all have their opinions made and that’s final. Not sure why Kenny allows them to ramble on for so long, constantly repeating themselves and not actually saying much at all. Leanne must tear her hair out frequently because she’s the only one that makes any sense. -

Tbf it’s sometning Hibs fans thought for a long time, quite soft, never getting in the refs face seems to have changed recently. I didn’t see the penalty shout so couldn’t comment but the boy I sit next to reckoned it was one tbf. -

We must be a frustrating team to play against, pacy forwards, midfield who aren’t afraid to get stuck in and a physical defence. No wonder our opponents get so many red cards. -

There is definitely benefits to them if you don’t mind a walk or you don’t need the car. But as you say you can never count out Edinburgh Council finding a way to f**k it up. The area around Leith Walk/London Road/Easter Road is an utter nightmare atm. -

100% then can make a few refreshment stops on the walk from St Andrew’s Square to Easter Road. If the trams ever get finished I think this way would be a no brainier for visiting fans as could get it all the way to Leith Walk -

Why would they? He won your team a penalty. Just slightly hypocritical talking about “cheating” and “grown men throwing themselves to the ground with limited contact” when your own player’s incident is clearly much worse. I think the meme and posts from Hibs fans are more to do with the managers comments and ban. -

If you’re driving through from the West I’d genuinely considering using the tram Park and Ride at Ingilston driving in Edinburgh is an utter write off. -

Are we still talking about Porteous? Or Miovski? Unclear. -
The Athletic Football Podcast is very informative, mainly English Football based but their level on insight behind the scenes is pretty impressive. Got into the Terrace this season after watching the TV programme and deciding they weren't for me. But having listened to the podcasts I have to say it is much better, no one covers Scottish football like them. Now weighing up whether to pay the fiver a month to access the extra stuff.

Heard only good things, he looked brilliant last night. Only worry is an English team comes in for him.

Did he get dragged to the ground and win a penalty that game too? I am sure you were as outraged with Miovski against Killie. -

[emoji23] whoever initiated it is irrelevant. Doesn’t change the fact there was no “cheating” involved. -

How has Porteous “cheated” any more than your penalty yesterday. Least there was contact involved the other week. Boy went down like he got shot yesterday. -
Saw a tweet saying that LJ said to judge his teams after 10-12 games, we’ve just won games 10, 11 and 12.
