That's what happens when your team talks consist of "don't lose an early goal" "keep it tight" "let's be solid at the back". Convinced he's incapable of being positive. This is just another day, another Davidson nonsense interview. It's every fucking week. Claimed we were "magnificent" against Aberdeen and has made countless claims like it as well after poor performances and defeats. Last week he was talking about looking over his shoulder. After we moved into 5th in the league in December was still going on about relegation. Basically haven't won a game since....

So here's the issue.... If the pitch isn't fit for the way you want to play what do you do? Do you try to play that way anyway or play in a way that is suitable for the pitch? Sounds familiar doesn't it? Although I know it's all BS excuses.

Saints could learn something from it. Especially for the remaining fixtures this season! What's stopping them giving out a whole Ormond Stand worth of tickets? It's going to be sitting empty anyway.

They sound about as mental as the two Saints fans claiming this has been one of their favourite seasons ever due to the quality of football on show from Saints.

I'm still struggling to see what changes even if we do gain a couple of wins and don't finish in the relegation places? We've got another summer of recruitment under Davidson which will all be geared to playing the same way we are now. If he does change the game plan going forward for the remainder of the season we face either returning to the same setup next season again or signing a load of players who no longer fit the new shape and game plan. Although saying that, he signed a bunch of players this summer that seemingly don't fit into the shape currently If he is still here beyond this season you're realistically seeing a loss of about 20% of the season ticket numbers as the cost of living is hitting people. That combined with an increase in the season ticket price with Davidson in charge MANY will say enough is enough.

How many of us here are going? I'm certainly not. I think it'll be the first game I've missed that wasn't against Rangers or Celtic as well and if I'm honest I'm glad I'm not going even if I do miss a win... Scunnered

While Davidson pushes forward with the same old game plan. They tried warming up at a different end though. Indeed... that's the problem. Not the footballing game plan.

I'm not sure what these meetings that are allegedly happening will change? Davidson won't accept he's wrong. Will the players stand up and criticise him? Probably not because they'll very likely just be left out. It's absolutely horrendous from the managers point of view if it's the players who need to tell him we should play to the strengths of the players in the squad? Surely that's fucking obvious?

Somewhat disappointed to hear there was only one player present at the family fun day on Sunday. Hiding? ------ As for a football club holding a fans forum and saying discussions about the FOOTBALL is off limits is peak St Johnstone. The meeting quickly becomes pointless as that is their core business, the actual football!

Angry. Club sleep walking towards big trouble. Even if we do stay up they're still a shambles. Terrible contracts being thrown around like confetti, a manager and leadership who day by day are draining all the life out of the club and fans. While Davidson remains many of the fans have had enough and no longer attend. He genuinely makes supporting the club a miserable experience.

I'd put money on Gus being a 4-4-fucking-2 kinda guy as well.
