Watched the game tonight on alba and I was actually was quite surprised and impressed with how you played until you went 1-0 up then after that Falkirk showed why they're unbeaten and QOTS showed why they're in a dogfight relegation battle out of the games I've seen QOTS this season it was definitely the most you offered going forward but the defending after taking the lead was absolutely dreadful and way to open against Falkirk.

A good win but think it was more down to how bad Stirling were rather than us being good think Stirling are in a bit of danager of finishing 9th if they play like that for the rest of the season. It was nice to keep another clean sheet hopefully Ahkeem is OK because we really can't afford to lose him before the playoffs it's looking more likely now than Inverness will be the championship side in it so if ourselves and Inverness were to get past 3rd and 4th it would mean that Davidson would be unavailable which would be a bit of a blow imo considering the already lack of options we have in midfield. Two things that did annoy me today was the way Rankin shouted at Fergus because he made 1 mistake especially considering McGowan makes a similar mistake to that every other week and he doesn't act like that and he left Kirk on the bench again? Again like I've said before the way the Tait and Kirk loans have went this season it completely destroys our chances of getting loans from teams in the future. Was nice to see Hastie getting a goal another guy that should be playing much more often than what he has been getting good 3 points overall today.

We haven't won 3 on the bounce since the 29th September so can see us finding a way to drop points here can see it being another dreadful game of football which will end in a draw Accies 1-1 Stirling

I wouldn't expect us to be planning on spending a couple of million to buy the stadium just to go part time a couple of weeks later I still think we've got a season or 2 being full time before that happens however I think the rest of you're post is spot on if we keep Rankin like you've mentioned we won't be getting out of this league anytime soon.

Rankin will never us get us promoted even if he gets backed for another 5 seasons the quicker Seref and the rest of the board realise that the better.

again 9 wins in 19 with this squad is underachieving having less points than Alloa since the first quarter is underachieving. Getting us relegated from the championship is underachieving. Getting us knocked out of the Scottish Cup at the first stage against Kelty Hearts is underachieving. Getting knocked out of a league group stage with Cove,Clyde and Brechin in it and having all of those teams at home is underachieving. Like I've said plenty of times before we were good first quarter and since then teams have caught on to Rankin's awful system and tactics every team in the league has took points from us expect QOTS.

Yeah admittedly I was wrong then on that. However still doesn't change the fact that Rankin is underachieving and should have been sacked last season.

The facts are that Alloa have picked up 4 more points than us since the first quarter. Cove and Montrose not far behind and I expect they will both be above us in this table by the end of the season. We were good in the first 9 games but since then we've been disappointing most weeks and apart from 2 5-0 wins against QOTS and Kelly we've really not been good enough. Also not to mention that Rankin got us relegated last season this is not his first season i think Falkirk fans keep forgetting that. Nobody is denying that Falkirk are a good team and have the best squad in this league and definitely deserve to win the league however that doesn't change the fact that Rankin has made a complete mess of this season and shouldn't be staying another second.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Bartley after he does leave QOTS if he's full time in punditry or gets another job in coaching doubt he'll get another job in management for a while.

Getting Scott Martin and Tumilty down on new contracts. Jackson Longridge, Lee Kilday, Kyle Macdonald, Kevin O'Hara, Euan Henderson. Guys like Joe McGlynn and Josh O'Brien were good players but because Rankin didn't like them they never played.

Yeah he's one of the dinosaurs I had in my mind tbh I would stay away from him. I don't think Billy Dodds is a good manager and wouldn't want him at accies but I would even take him before someone like John Hughes maybe that is someone who could stable QOTS a bit?

Yeah our recruitment in the summer was really good but when you've got a disaster of a manager who's ruined the majority of the squad there's no chance of winning the league. It's safe to say it's been a very disappointing couple of seasons for both of our clubs.

Isn't Gibson in his own trouble and that's why he ended up leaving QOTS? Didn't he also make a cocky post earlier this season taking a dig at you're fans and Bartley? The last thing QOTS need right now is another unproven manager like Gibson. Both Accies and QOTS need to be looking at trying to bring in someone experienced however you also need to be careful that you don't get a complete dinosaur.

Yeah at the time I just thought that Bartley was going to do really well in management and get the most out of you're players however it's clearly not worked out. Also never trusted Rankin and just thought Falkirk would find a way to slip up again. At least I was 33% correct .

QOTS have been giving me Accies last season vibes for the majority of the season. A very young squad with a young unproven manager and an outgoing board does seem likely It's going to end like us in finishing 9th and going down in the playoffs. I think QOTS would really struggle against a Spartans or a Peterhead. If you were to go down surely you won't be able to stay FT it's hard enough to be FT in league 1 it will be almost impossible to be FT in league 2 and it already gives the potential new directors/owner a very hard start. Could relegation also put the potential new investors off? My prediction of predicting QOTS to win the league at the start of the season looks worse and worse every week ...

Yeah that's fair enough he did do well with McGlynn at Raith and that got him the Hibs move and his career has fallen a bit since then so be interesting to see if McGlynn manages to get him back to his best also be interesting to see if he stays permanently in the summer at Falkirk.

Bloody hell if Mumbongo is you're biggest chance of scoring then QOTS really are in serious trouble.
