Just an aside - if McGregor hadn't spent time berating the referee for a perceived foul outside the box, he'd have been better placed to pick up the return ball and have a better strike at goal. But you know, the best teams moan at the ref rather than make their own luck. Something, something Masonic conspiracy etc -

Important clarification. Possibly a tik tok though... -
Thought the guy doing comms on the Aberdeen-Hibs game was decent

If I was the player in Scotland most regularly booked for diving, I would simply... Not draw further attention to it, lest I start losing out on legitimate claims of fouls? -

Fantastic wee ball across. Looks like Killie sized the means of production of goals there -

Proletariat. Someone thinks they've read some Marx and thinks they're clever Possibly because cinema screenings aren't broadcast to the world. And last time I checked the cinema is generally dark and quiet - two prerequisites for successful communication of whatever your political statement is Oh my word. I didn't realize this was the student politics part of P&B. What a load of rot. The odd political statement by small groups of fans does not make football a raging hotbed of a political arena. Your team lost and is in a doom-loop. Deal with it and get over yourselves -
The Famous Aberdeen - Season 2022/23

Hats off to social media admin using the phrase "world cup winger" so that on first glance it looks like "world cup winner", which is an entirely different prospect,..... This is impressively bad if the referee is penalising him as foul throws are rarely picked up on these days -
What happened to top striker partnerships?

The most recent pair that seemed to work well as one (IMO) - Shankland and Ginnely -

Obviously not as a JT, but as a Scotland fan - gutted these guys didn't become mainstays of the national team. Particularly O'Connor. Always thought he had the ability and physicality to be a Dykes-with-goals -

How come? I assume because he pushed some kind of ownership/takeover? -

Off The Ball - Is it good?

Fair is fair, usually I absolutely pan Suzie as a guest over "Grey Jumper Man" and "Glasgow is best for comedy because it's a working class city", but I thought she was excellent today. Her 2 min run through of the rugby was fantastic and then she handled hosting duties really well Also I liked yesterday's stand in too - I think it helped Tam in some ways, saw a slightly different side maybe -
Minutes by Scottish players

It's an interesting metric and probably a good one as for a strong national team/game we're probably going to have to adopt the route of - develop and sell to a big league, so in an ideal world we'd have lots of younger guys getting minutes and developing before moving on. The McGinns, Hickeys, and Fergusons* of this world being prime examples *Lewis, not his wastel uncle of course -
Off The Ball - Is it good?
Stylish Kid replied to Buddist Monk's topic in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
Yep. I was hoping for tears and snotters, but this was balanced. I really liked Allie Foy, I don't think I'd come across her on OAM, but she took to it really well. -
Thank f**k Angus Gunn saw the light, Zander Clark has hit some form and Gordon has made a Lazarus like recovery. With all due respect, conceding directly from a corner from Robbie Muirhead is not exactly auspicious

Don't diss Adam. He's great. Tam McManus though.... I'm on the lesser scale Tynecastle rabidness but what an idiot. Can't bring himself to say anything positive about a Hearts player. Aside from his general stupidity That said - well done on all the Jambos writing in slagging off the media's attempts to engineer a move for Shankland! -

Wonder how Kheredine is feeling after his favourite tennis player very publicly flamed on Twitter because of an article he'd written -

Interesting observation. I always assume that he can have access to the broadcasting streams (that aren't broadcast live). Also - club TV? -

Hibernian v St.Mirren

Aaah fair enough. I misinterpreted what was said on Sportsecene.... They definitely indicated it was a foul I thought? -
Hibernian v St.Mirren
Stylish Kid replied to Lyle Lanley's topic in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
How? It was called as a foul by Collum IIRC. St Mirren player gets the shot off and collides with the Hibs player once the ball is flying far, far out of having any immediate relevance to that passage of play -

Famously, Ronaldo (either), Madonna, Rudi Voller and many other great players are of course likeable However, if you mean the anti vaxx stuff - fair enough. -

Ish. I think there was some thing about number of clubs played for in a season and he might have had a sub appearance for Liverpool which would have precluded him from going elsewhere?
