The person who sanctioned it will never hang his head in shame.......it was all done on the cheap as usual....as is his way....he's not even a director. The Chairman who "appeared" to sanction it has resigned his post as Chair but has vowed to remain on the Board to advise the new Chair.........if Ricky Gervais had found Clyde....the Office would never have been written.

The Board will blame him trust me...they love a scapegoat to deflect from their incompetence, wouldn't surprise me if Maitland copped some flak from them too. Well if the players suffer from no will to win, no professional integrity, or don't seem to care about the prospect of relegation.........who's to blame, them or the people who brought them in? The Board will hide behind this too. You also have loanees who wish to remain fit to return to their parent Club, players who already know they won't be retained and who want to remain fit to hopefully find a new Club and players who will flat refuse to join us in the LL if that's where we end up, and they'll want to stay fit to find another option. It's a complete shitshow frankly.

Here's the issue...unless they get a massive dose of conscience through self appraisal and resign, the articles of the CIC protect the Directors from being sacked until they are up for re-election every 3 years. Unless the CIC is scrapped, or the articles, written by he who shall not be named, are radically altered, Allan Maitland has a job on his hands to clear out the Boardroom.

We beat Stenny 6-1 away...then draw 2-2 giving away 2 poor goals...how on earth can we bank on having beaten Elgin and East Fife previously? I'm sorry to say I think we are in the playoffs and it could well be by next weekend.....I hope I'm wrong and I hope Bonnyrigg and Stranraer get caned next week and we go to Elgin with hope....but, but, but. All quiet from our Board eh? All on Allan Maitland it seems.....he is the man with the poisoned chalice....but let's not forget exactly which group of incompetents put us here and gave Allan such a difficult task. Survival will only be worth celebrating if the Boardroom is gutted in the summer.
