You find it strange that when Glenafton and Talbot got to the final the locals paid for their flags and bunting for the Main Streets. The same people went and put the decorations up with health and safety warnings that the bunting should not criss cross the roads. Cumnock then get to the final and East Ayrshire Council erect their bunting and word has it they or should I say the tax payer laid out the cash for it. Interesting if true.
