  1. All you have proven is that people like yourself who believe in fairy tales and the Emperor's new clothes are so desperate for a lunatic cause that you'll seek offence where there is none to be had. I also believe that people can live however they want and choose to call themselves whatever the f**k they like but don't expect the more sane amongst us to believe the lie. And don't expect us to accept those lies when they impact on other people's rights. Back to your faux offence now, maybe go scrutinise some of the lyrics in Scottish football club songbooks where there genuinely are things to be offended by.
  2. Absolute and utter pish. There are no offensive words or connotations in the song. Fashanu was a black man who had outed himself as being gay. Both "black" and "gay" are the PC descriptions for each of those characteristics and the song was a celebration of the man who played for "Airdaray". Had there been any other words used that were either derogatory or offensive then you'd have a case but the truth is that it's as inoffensive today as it was then. You'll be telling us next that "he's fat he's round he's worth a million pounds, Stevie Gray" is offensive on the ground that some of the more obese in the world could be upset by it. Nae doubt you're one of these folks with their heid in the clouds who think that someone with a cock and balls can claim to be a woman.
  3. He never managed to specialise in them during his time with us either.
  4. Time added on is usually 30 seconds per substitution and he was noting every occasion Falkirk attempted to waste time which was going on frequently, as any team in that position would do. A lot of possession in and around your box in that second half but far too many occasions where our players took an unnecessary touch or tried to get past another man instead of either laying the ball off or striking it.
  5. I recall seeing a photo somewhere of our players back at pre season and Robert was amongst them, can't be arsed looking for it. He's since then been training with Burnley and now Salford so don't imagine lack of training or fitness is going to be an issue if he's back. Maybe he'll have suffered from not getting to know the new signings but that's not going to be a problem when he's on the bench.
  6. Sunderland and Stoke interested. From what I saw at Clyde they're welcome to him.
  7. Miracle Okafor. My opinion was that the No.15 who came on at half time today was overall the better of the three trialist forwards.
  8. 10 minutes where his only quality was bring fairly quick. Unable to control a ball, hold it up or even find a team mate with a pass. Should fit right in.
  9. He was dreadful. At least he had the decency to show how dreadful he was before we try to sign him and not put in the best display of his life never to be repeated.
  10. That would be why they said "I’m just assuming MacDonald will be signing."
  11. A 19 year old laddie should be able to play a variety of positions these days and it may well be that he's shown well in a defensive midfield role. Think I'm prepared to wait and see what he's like before I rush to judge about playing him "out of position".
  12. Andy Ryan signing with the accies. Makes his 1 year drop to the 4th tier all the more strange.
  13. “With the way it was I played all the pre-season games and I was playing well." He was fucking anonymous in the games I saw. Clearly got an ego that goes way above his talent.
  14. Quite possibly, depends on what the situation is with Robert I suppose. Hopefully see some attacking options brought in next.
  15. My concern is that there has been a fair turnover of these youngsters providing cover in recent years with none of them developing into a first team No.1. Is that a scouting or coaching issue?
  16. If by "attitude problem" you mean him exercising his right to not sign a contract extension and the club having a tantrum and excluding him from the first team then you're spot on.
  17. According to what he said in that interview he'd only be leaving to improve himself so that rules Falkirk out.
