    Usually when people under investigation "lose their phones" or "accidentally delete their messages", the authorities contact the company and get them to decrypt the backups on their servers. This of course will never happen, because there's no genuine motive to obtain them.

Will that be 6,500 more teachers for public schools, or 6,500 more teachers for private schools? Unsurprisingly, they don't say.

    Not at all. Puzzles like these can require a high degree of logical reasoning skills which are generally confined to a low percentile of the population. Those that struggle with these puzzles can potentially learn what kind of patterns to look out for though, but it's not for everybody. It's also important to point out that intelligence is a broad church. For what some people may lack in terms of logistical intelligence, they make up for in other areas such as creativity, social or emotional intelligence. So don't feel stupid if you don't excel at one particular thing, you'll be better than me and others on here at other things.
