Using whatsapp to discuss government policy and then deleting it, would seem likely to have been used and deleted to purposely avoid. The SNP havent been very good note takers in the recent past. Surely whos hes discussing Covid policy within government at the time has kept theor whatsapps messages or have they deleted as well? The SNP are a shambles and it seems to be getting worse, to be fair to Humza though even though I havent been that impressed with him in the past. I think hamas has possibly completely misjudged the response , there was probably a good opportunity for them to take idf or men only hostages and not kill civilians or at least limit it. They would potentially be in a different situation now. Now even threatening the killing of a hostage on video would seem a no win situation for them.

In a lot of Muslim countries, the general population are a bit fed up of their governments using the Palestinian cause to help prop up their unpopular governments. A way to divert attention from their internal problems and lack of freedoms. Im not sure how real that clip is but it doesnt surprise me if its genuine.

No argument there but Hamas treat their own people like shite, women especially. Even if Palestine happened tomorrow, under Hamas women and anyone with different views LGBT for example wont be free. Thats on top of the fact that whenever a 2 state solution is closer than normal either Hamas or right wing israelis feck it up. Palestinians deserve far better.
