  1. One last thing , has the boy Robertson ever spoken up about it?
  2. But as per some others on here, I've said my piece on the matter, given the lack of physical evidence only 3 people will know the truth. If he has done it then hell mend him
  3. I'm not condoning rape in any form , I'm just trying to clarify that violence doesn't have to be present or proved for a rape conviction
  4. The fact even her own statement does not quote any force whatsoever. She has stated rape by way of intoxication and not able to remember events, she at no time gave evidence he used force to rape her. he quotes all parties very drunk and he believed she was consenting. If he has knowingly raped her when she was sleeping or so intoxicated that she was even unaware he was in the room then he deserves to be locked up and key thrown away. Unfortunately we will never know the truth beyond reasonable doubt and it has came down to the fact it's her word against his
  5. Physical force - check?? Clearly not read the statements or accounts
  6. violence /ˈvʌɪələns/ noun 1. behaviour involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something.
  7. Whatever way you try to dress it up it's still not violence , please read the definition
  8. Not an assumption, its experience, mental health issues come in many forms
  9. No I'm sorry but that is totally wrong! Voyeurs are committed of sexual crimes but don't even touch anyone, masterbating in public at innocents females is a sexual crime but no violent act, that is but two examples of many crimes under the sexual offence act which have no links to violence at all. And rape through the fact of levels of intoxication and the lack of giving consent , as in this case does not need to have violence or lead evidence of violence to prove the charge
  10. Yes he did , both were brought to trial at the civil hearing
  11. Again totally agree with you! Most guys who commit sexual offences against women, in my experience, have underlying mental health issues which no form of rehabilitation through a custodial sentence will fix , hence why lots of sexual predators do reoffend when released.
  12. Honestly Jim I'm not, I'm just sticking to the facts of the matter, if he had been convicted in a criminal court of law or any person for that fact being found guilty of a crime of a sexual nature towards women then the very least they should be locked up for life and by life I mean never to see the cold light of day again, but honestly I think their bits should be cut off so they can never have the opportunity if they are released.
  13. Ye I totally agree and not disputing that, all I said was not all sexual crimes involve violence and in this case there was no evidence led by the defendant in her civil trial of violence after you quote he'd carried out a violent sexual crime
  14. The point being there is no criminal case to put my point across about. Sorry there was but the PF totally ignored all the damning evidence and fail to instigate a criminal trial! The PF marking the case was clearly a rapist apologist also just like me huh . Maybe even an ex footballer sticking up for one of his buds.
  15. I wonder why no one else has taken the PF to task over this when clearly he is guilty! Very strange
  16. Sorry you're totally right and I'm going to take a case out against the PF for total neglect of duty for failing to take this case to criminal trial when clearly the general public on here are more learned in criminal law and the evidence needed to take a case to trial, as no doubt he is guilty and they have failed to uphold the laws of the land. I take everything back
  17. Nope again, clearly it wasn't of the PF either since they never took it to trial and reading through the evidence and being involved in the criminal justice system I'll stand by my quote
  18. Assault is classed as minor conviction now , if no actual injury it can be dealt with my way of a fixed penalty notice
  19. We really need to make sure the WOSFL , crack down on all the drug dealers plying their trade in the league, as they supply major drugs to all these young guys and girls who attend nightclubs at night outs, put themselves in vulnerable positions and sadly do lead to some being placed in situations of real violence or worse. Or is it just non criminal convictions of rape you're all on your high horse about? Because trust me the leagues are riddled with them, oh but wait they've not been convicted in a criminal or civil trial so that's ok. But even those that have don't get the kicked out the league.
  20. To clarify he doesn't have a criminal conviction for Rape before I get jumped on for his other minor convictions
  21. Because if it had went to a criminal court that's undoubtedly what the outcome would have been. Clearly due the distinct last of evidence it didn't even make it to a trial.
