You're sort of answering your own question here. I can't really see the point in playing in the Championship next season if it meant we were automatically 'relegated' again at the end of it. How would you feel if we won the league and, instead of going up the way, we came back down again? I'm not sure that I would want to pay for a season ticket which would effectively see us playing a series of friendlies. Also, what if the Championship and L1 clubs all decided to hibernate but L2 could go ahead? Would you be happy to be promoted if we finished 2nd and Stenhousemuir (for example) won it and were denied promotion because we wanted back up? I can't see this happening unless Budge gets her wish and there's reconstruction granted.

I would suggest that most people attend matches with friends, so outwith their own households. On that basis the majority of folk wouldn't be able to sit in pairs. Also, two seats between folk is way less than 6ft, so that would be a non-starter as well.

Aye, I think it's inevitable that some clubs would be bust by then so what happens if there's only, say, 4 teams left out of 10? Worst case scenario could be that there's only maybe the likes of ourselves, Partick, Airdrie, East Fife still around with no prospect of playing a 'league' season and no way of being promoted. We could disappear by default!

Away fans generally sit toward the back of the front section which should be dry enough. No, I wouldn't expect us to say no but it wouldn't sit well with me personally. Why do we need temporary reconstruction at all?
