  1. Interesting. May then have been a spoken, as opposed to shouted, comment that was heard and reported by one individual. Would also explain why there aren't a lot of folk claiming that they heard it. If that's the case then the seat that the offender was sitting on and subsequently his or her name should be fairly easily identified. Might be difficult to prove under those circumstances though.
  2. Whatever you say bud, not interested in an argument.
  3. Aye, that makes a lot of sense in him thinking it was a Falkirk fan. I'd be struggling to think how he would know conclusively if it wasn't something along those lines.
  4. Steady mate, not sure you're allowed to ask sensible and reasonable questions! What you say about hospitality does indicate that its most likely to have come from that area though.
  5. Cheers. Now, before Edibairn or anybody else says that I'm calling Dennon a liar, I am NOT. I can't see why he would make something like this up! I'm trying to work out where the perpetrator would be sitting in an effort to try and narrow things down and assumed that the Falkirk fans would be positioned nearest the terracing. If they had been and the shout (or action) came from that area then that would help in identifying the culprit. If, as you say, they were dotted around the stand that's going to make things an awful lot harder and would certainly raise the question of how he knew it was a Falkirk supporter. (And no, I'm not trying to suggest that he's making it up, only that, in these circumstances, he may be mistaken in thinking it was his own fan.) If the Falkirk fans were indeed randomly seated throughout the stand I think it more likely that it's been someone in hospitality and that possibly one or more of our directors have witnessed it. This would also give some credence to the statement made which suggested that it had happened and was not an 'alleged' incident. If that is the case then hopefully it won't be too difficult to identify the individual(s) involved and that they can be punished appropriately very soon! I won't be in Inverness next week myself but I hope that all those in attendance take the opportunity to give the boy their support.
  6. Can you tell me where the Falkirk supporters would be seated in the stand please? Also, are the hospitality folk seated just in front of the windowed room in the stand and therefore close to the directors? Thanks
  7. What the f**k are you slavering about ya moron? Which part is upsetting you? The bit where I suggest that the perpetrator should be banned maybe?
  8. Wasn't in the stand but was in the wee bar for half an hour after the game and there was no mention of it that I heard. Doesn't mean it didn't happen but I would have thought it would have been a main topic of conversation. I think it's most likely to have come from someone in hospitality as many of them would have been pished. I know someone who was in hospitality and saw him today but he made no mention of it. I'll see him again next week so will ask if he heard anything and if he knows who it was if he did. The club need to fully investigate this as we don't want this sort of the thing to be associated with Falkirk. If we can prove who it was he (or she) needs to be banned for life.
  9. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Understatement of the year!
  10. I think Neilly's that big dick that was playing the 10 second challenge with the kids at half time.
  11. If the shout came from the main stand, how do we even know it came from a Falkirk fan? The only Falkirk fans in there would be those that couldn't stand for 90 minutes, so the old or infirm (a small number of tickets had been put aside for such supporters) and folk that would have been in hospitality. If it was someone in hospitality it should surely be easy enough to weed him (or her) out?
  12. Aye, I think he could do a job as a winger. LWB is his obvious position though.
  13. I think you should sneak into Ray's hoose and cut up his suits as you're clearly in love with him!
  14. I'm sure all of them want to play but if he's not picked then he'll just have to lump it.
  15. I agree. Would like better as a first pick but again, assuming that there won't be enough cash to pay everyone off as well as fund new signings, I'd be happy to have him as back up.
  16. Tommy Robson's a very good player IMO. Passable at full back and very good at wing back. Of course if we could bring in Robertson or Tierney to replace him I'd be all for that but I can't see how we can get better. There's not a chance that McKinnon will be able to bring in a whole new team therefore he needs to build around the best that we have currently and Robson, along with Bauben and maybe McGhee and Harrison falls into that category for me.
  17. Yea, but neither Robson or Kidd should have been anywhere near McBrearty in those circumstances, particularly for the 2nd when he'd had a free header for the 1st!
  18. Oh, looks like Hank's not a Falkirk fan at all!
  19. I suppose we might be able to get some loanees in if their current manager feels that a relegation fight may be good for building character or whatever.
  20. Well done Stenny, completely deserved the victory today. It won't happen I suppose but it would be great if you could get a result at Pittodrie in the next round. I might even go to the replay if there was one. Was in the wee bar after the match which was full of jubilant warriors. Your celebrations are certainly not grudged!
