  1. as terrible a game as it was and as poor football that both Killie and Arbroath played we learned only 3 things from last night. 1. There's no place in proper football for a plastic pitch 2. We are a country mile behind both teams 3. see points 1 and 2
  2. 3 life long fans in the family, not one going to the game this weekend. What a shambles this club has turned into. You could put Pep in charge, the BOD would still turn it into a disaster
  3. hang on, He's the coach, but he won't be coaching as he's leaving, but he'll still hang around like a bad smell and take a wage till the end of the season and help with things instead of just f*cking off. surely this is an ending that the publishers would cut out and go back to the author and tell him, 'Naw, try again'
  4. It's now a position of what am I doing on a Saturday that means I don't go to the football, rather than what can't I do because I am going. The club, team, performances and enjoyment have all tailed away so dramatically that it's at the point that going is a last resort. After 36yrs of going to see the team and dragging the kids along when they were young, it's now case of being dragged along by them now and that's even starting to fall away as they arrange for other things to do rather than watch this tripe. Gone are the days of 'it's my club, follow them through thick and thin and the highs and lows'. I can see the club implode and fold at this rate, I really can
  5. thank god its over. Football free till August now
  6. so the real question is. Are we the most toxic club in Scottish football at the moment?
  7. you might be a chimpanzee but I shall vote with my hands and feet
  8. did anyone who has watched FFC this season really expect anything different?
  9. Will the Scotsman just add to this? https://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/falkirk-fc-demise-from-cup-finals-europe-and-beating-rangers-to-league-one-laughing-stock-where-did-it-all-go-wrong-3225823
  10. I have my excuses arranged for not going to the next 3 games. If anyone can think of a couple more for Sat 23rd and Sat 30th let me know. Albeit Sat 30th will be a dead rubber I'd still like a good reason not to go
  11. which part time manager will be best for our part time team, that is the question. Next stop the junior leagues
  12. I'd be starting to plan for another season in League 1 if I were the board. Avoiding a relegation okay off should be our main priority at the moment. If there's a chance of us going part time they'd better be scouring the leagues for players now or else no c4nt will come to us
  13. And now FSS take on Gary Holts chalice as an interfering bunch of teats. They should all shut up and keep out of the hiring of playing staff. What next, a vote on tactics. get a bloody grip on yourselves, if you have any serious intent in being a part of the Board then be professional about it
  14. I could have I scored a hat trick with that defending and that's not being unfair to AD. Fair play to Morrison for AD's 2nd goal for running across the defenders and pulling them out of position though and for the finish but I'm not giving him any cudos for the 1st and 3rd
  15. I was amazed at how quickly he lost the dressing room at Raith, although he always does evetually. From what I know of him he has zero ppl skills and always reverts to loudest shout wins. But you're right, the managerial merry go round for all the clubs at our level is a disaster, bring back the Leishman and Jeffries eras where the stability of their positions lead to some confidence within the teams for the boardrooms and the fans alike
  16. and the bod meeting goes 'who can we sign that will cause the most uproar, cause the most controversy and endear us least to the falkirk fans, because after all that's happened and the fact that we're in a relegation battle in one of the worst leagues in world football that is just how we'd like to start 2022'
  17. just to be upfront, I'm a Bairn's supporter but with no sarcasm in this question, How's Yogi doing, how have the Pars fans taken too him and how long will tou give him before the megalomaniac in him ruins your team?
  18. You need to remove 'struggling' it somehow suggests our lack of form is temporary and not a five year spin into oblivion
  19. never mind this FFC nonesense. What's with Robbie Nielson's combover? Brutal, just get it rumped
  20. and so FFC embark on the search for a new head coach. what a shambles, who with any pedigree at all is going to come in as a head coach. and so the circus continues
  21. Money and our lack of it are all the reasons they need
  22. There's a full Christmas DVD there for Dunfermline and Airdrie fans so the BOD really shouldn't miss this money spinning opportunity. That's some of the funniest football I've seen in years. At the very least £250 from Harry Hill's 'You've just watched sh!te and you know it'
  23. my general apathy started after Yogi took us down and we fielded a bunch of kids the next year. If ai wanted to watch 18yr old knock a ball about I'd have went down the park on a Sunday. However, I've largely kept going through thick and thin despite this but I really do find it hard to get over excited when we win/lose or draw. The other part is the constant change out of players which makes it almost impossible to connect to the players and therefore the club. Apart from Houstie's tenure when we had Vaulks et all I can barely name a player since Yogi left
