  1. If I had a hammer, I'd hammer in the morning, I'd hammer in the evening, all over this land. I'd hammer in the good times, I'd hammer in the bad times, I'd hammer out the love between a woman and a man, ooooooooh ooooh, all over this land. Trini Lopez. There's a lesson in this to be learned by all Accies fans
  2. one hand on the league title. for any fifers reading this, that's 5 fingers
  3. 0 sleeps. time to GIRUPTAccies. mo'n the bairns
  4. if we get promoted it's a different conversation. We need to recruit to be in the too half of the league and pushing for the play offs as a minimum. Not sure if anyone mentioned is of that calibre but then maybe they are.
  5. Do we hear 9-0, ladies and gentlemen, do we have 9.
  6. don't see many goals in this tbh, Accies to sit deep and play on the break. If however we can get infront and Accies have to come at us then who knows. a draw with 15mins to play will be as squeaky as it comes. Donaldson to score from 175yrds
  7. pop out for milk at 11:30am, phone at 1:30pm saying you got stopped by a herd of loose sheep/cows (whichever you's rather pump). 3pm 'you'll never believe this hen but....' home for 7pm, wife and kids none the wiser (mind take off your FFC scarf)
  8. Is it too early to get excited? 5 sleeps to go
  9. it's been a truly furking miserable 5 years in this league and I wouldn't wish it in anyone except Dunfermline (GIRFUT). If we (Falkirk) go up then the in fighting and fan/board hatred of each other which we had will need to be resolved or you'll end up like we've been.
  10. If you look at the fixtures for Q4 then I'd say we play all of our better opponents away from home and Hamilton play all of their's at home. That makes our next 5 games where we play Accies amd Montrose at home and Cove away very important. away games of note Q4 are in order QoS, Montrose and Hamilton
  11. For the first time this season it is advantage Falkirk, but only advantage. As most are saying, come a week on Tuesday at 10pm we'll really know where we stand. After 5 seasons in league 1 and the way the team fell apart last season no one should be thinking the league is done.
  12. I blame anyone who actively encouraged calling them Ultras. if you've been to any away game you'll notice some pulling on balaclavas whilst still in the ground. Edinburgh away a classic example. It's not just our lot, the Accies fans dod exactly the same after we beat them at NDP. And the police seem to be ignoring ir
  13. no such thing in football, every player has a price. our trump however is we're top of the league so selling would come at a premium to allow reinvestment.
  14. all talk of being unbeaten has to stop, it means nothing until the last game of the season and even then only if we win the league. We got off with one yesterday, albeit we could have been 3 up before Edinburgh scored but chances are not goals. Back to playing ours strongest team every game please
  15. at last I've found a use for my Accies mates.
  16. I wasn't going to go, but after Tuesday's effort and performance I am now. Here's tae parkview fitba at its best.
  17. exactly what I was thinking. McGlynn's bunnet is a prime candidate.
  18. I assume a round of 'Happy Birthday' is in order from the young team
  19. same attitude and tempo as the first half vs Stirling and we have a great opportunity to pick up the 3 points. if we win on Saturday and again b's Cove we can almost forget Cove as a title threat.
  20. it's a belly of full of Bell Rock fish supper inspired win for us tonight. m'on the Bairns and m'on the fish supper
  21. is there room for a statue of the manager in the new Helix park?
