Anyone suggest good bars and restaurants to check out whilst I'm there? To be honest in the town centre I can't think of an exceptional boozers. Just head along Rose Street and down the Grassmarket. Plenty of pubs to choose and I'm sure you will find a few that you like. That place is open all day I'm sure, who wants to go there at half 11 in the morning? Breakfast buffet.

Marshmallo
Is it just a chipper or does it sell anything else? Burke and Hare I was referring to. It sells something else. -
Sweet Pete
I'll be staying in the Mercure Point Hotel so the Old Town and city centre are both within easy reach. Ideally, I'm looking for classier places, cost irrelevent really as long as there's a good selection of food and drinks and it has nice decor and clientelle. Same applies to restaurants.

Was in both of these the other week. Both quite small and got busy as it was a Friday night but both friendly boozers with a good selection of drinks.

the jambo-rocker
Did you renew online? If not the PO boobed. Yes it was the post office. The lassie was useless, they had to re-do the whole thing because for reason she wrote 16 months instead of 12 onto the tax disc for reason . So they had to do it all again, putting the money back into my account and taking it out for the replacement. Even the supervisor didnt't seem to notice
Jimmy85
Why do we need bone marrow and what does it do? Creates new blood cells, among other things. Google it.
