They are December games so presumably crowds would be down anyway. I'm much the same. grumswall Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 I wouldn't mind so much if they were Saturday evenings like the Stranraer v Pars game tomorrow but this Friday night thing is a pisstake for matches that aren't exactly local! games that aren't local in the run up to Christmas, what's not to like about them being on TV? Away games so the club don't lose gate money. It'll obviously dissuade some people from going who were contemplating it, but by the same token, it'll allow a far larger number of Rovers fans to see a game they previously wouldn't have. Queens away is a good day out usually so that's a bit of a shame. As Shaughan says, it's not our gate receipts on the receiving end. They've not been to the rovers in years... The teams results/performances are turning heads again....
