Swampy
I tried to make scones but I used Arm & Hammer toothpaste instead of flour. Imagine my surprise when they didn't turn out quite as I expected!
Mak
I tried to make scones but I used Arm & Hammer toothpaste instead of flour. Imagine my surprise when they didn't turn out quite as I expected! I'm even more hurt now. Imagine my horror when, as someone who couldn't boil an egg until earlier this year, I made a mistake. And now someone on the internet's mocking me for it!
vikingTON
Pasta and capaletti in a mushroom, garlic and red onion sauce, with balsamic vinegar to finish and two slices of crusty warm bread on the side. Very autumnal.

kiwififer
And it was delicious! Had some garlic bread to go with it too. I get a ciabatta and spread it with butter and garlic salt - much better than the crappy dry garlic breads you get from the supermarket. Anyhoo, was out for a meal last night - garlic ciabatta to share for starters, with beef and monteith's black steak pie and very nice it was too. It's pratically famous for it's steak pie alone, but it's a decent pub.... http://www.maltbar.co.nz/ Out for brunch in an hour if the rain goes off....
